The item purchased could not be fitted, we were out of time for a refund but the company offered us a 25% refund which was accepted. However despite a lot of email correspondence with the company the refund has never materialised

Vielleicht sogar Betrug
Bestellungen werden nach der Abgabe geändert. So wurden bei mir aus 2 dashcams mit einmal 6 dashcam und 4 mal Garantie Erweiterungen. Man erhält keine Bestellbestätigung oder Übersicht und wenn die Ware ankommt ist kein Lieferschein oder ähnliches bei. Der Support ist weniger als hilfreich und braucht Ewigkeiten bis er antwortet, wenn er überhaupt antwortet. Dazu ist die Qualität der dashcams erschreckend.... Ich würde mich schämen diese Dinger als Werbegeschenke raus zu geben.
Weniger als einem Stern kann man hier leider nicht geben, sonst wäre die Bewertung im Minusbereich.

I have had nothing but frustration to return this …
I have had nothing but frustration about this product. I waited three weeks for it to arrive. Decided I did not want it. I did not unpack it. Constant emails to the company to RETURN the item. Replies from them useless and no return address. The Dashonepro company claim this is excellent. I have see many NEGATIVE reviews and do not want this rubbish. Hard to return. Nightmare company.
