Company did great communication regarding the order and delivery.
The pan feels great, looks great and hope it does last a long time. Frying all types of vegetables comes out really great. I don't think I would try to fry hamburgers or small steaks in the pan, as I don't think it would be easy to clean. The one area I am dissappointed in, is in frying scrambled eggs. You lose about a 1/4 of an egg that ends up stuck to the pan. Even after letting it soak in warm dish soap water for a half hour or more, it doesn't come off without some type of scrubbing.

I purchased a set of four pans, all of which arrived beautifully packed with easy to assemble handles and clear instruction on how to use them. I have now cooked with them on both an induction hob and also in the oven, the results were impressive. Apart from the ease of use the real benefit is in the cleaning. The old Teflon pans have been discarded and replaced with this new Taitan Range.

Do not purchase from this company under any circumstances. The pan was much smaller than the advertised 11 inches. After weeks of going back and forth just to get return instructions, I was finally able to shipped it back. UPS shows they received the package, yet they continue making excuses to avoid issuing my refund. Very disappointing experience.

Communication was great the whole way along the order with lots of emails and advice. Pan took a while to be delivered but that was as expected from USA to UK. Have only used it once so far, to cook salmon and the skin stuck to the pan but I’m sure I will get used to cooking in it as I do more dishes.
I am enjoying being able to use my metal utensils without worrying about scratching the pan.
Pan is nice and light and seems sturdy. It cleaned up very easily with dish soap and hot water.
I would have given a 5 star rating but my order was missing the screw that fixes the knob onto the lid.
I contacted the company and got a quick reply to say they would send one out straight away. Overall happy so far.

Working with the wonderful family and crew at Taitan Cookware was a joy. Having worked in tool and die for 40 years, I know what it takes to make these pans, and Titanium is not an easy metal to work with, but it is an amazing metal.
I've bought every style pan they made, (Not in all sizes), but a lot of them, and I just love them.
Non-stick, non deadly, and last forever quality.
Shipping was great, timely, and packaged well.
Would recommend them to anyone, and if I could give 10 STARS, i would have.

I've had a titanium cutting board for some time and have been impressed with it. I was confused by the graphics on the Website list of pots and pans. We talked about that and cleared up a misunderstanding.

Ordering was easy and shipping time was fast. It is a great pan!

At first when I complained about a damaged chopping board, I was getting no response to my emails. Eventually I responded to an email from Jane, daughter of Eric, and she immediately dealt with my issue, sending a replacement board within just a few days. This was excellent customer service!

Process was ok - box was obviously old and battered though.
Cooking seems good. Washing is good.

I bought a pan few weeks ago, and as a first impressions, it's look as a quality product, very solid, and after first use, I was impressed.
Maybe,the price it's a little bit higher, but, it's worth it.
You have a product for least 20 years to use.

Absolut junk, the supplied instructions are worthless.

I received the cookware in good order within a reasonable period and had regular updates from Taitan throughout the process.

So far I have found the cookware very good. It cooks evenly and is easy to clean.

The service I received from Taitan cookware was excellent. Although my eggs did stick to the pan on my first attempt, and not sure if it was cold eggs going into pan. The pan is light and looks attractive and I enjoy the thought of cooking healthy. I would definitely recommend anyone purchasing these pans. I even bought the utensils too.

The frying pan and lid arrived very well packaged and the assembly instructions were very well written and easy to follow.

I was somewhat disappointed with the three shipping time but I was in no hurry. I have used skillet about 8 to times, The primary uses so far have been to searing steaks/pork chops or frying chicken/fish.
There is definitely a learning curve in using the pan as what is considered medium to medium high heat on an electric cooktop is apparently much higher temperature than a gas cooktop and you have to allow for longer cool down periods. Am getting better with each use and I am really liking this pan a lot better as I gain experience using it.
