SCAM & FRAUD ALERT!
Beware of subscribing to Taioga. They are scamming people with autorenewal. By the time you realize that they have auto renewed the subscription ($100/month) it is too late. Within minutes of the auto renewal I had contacted them to refund the money but they refused.
When subscribing for 1 month, there was no indication or mention of auto renewal.
They rope you in with $20 fee for 1 month and then scam you for $100 as auto renewal. That is their business model.
PLEASE BEWARE!

All good until you are thrown another"offer" at the end, when you haven't even tried the product yet. Please don't do this. It's taken me 6 months to decide to commit already!

Absolutely horrendous company. I am very very disappointed that my elderly vulnerable mother had been charged £78(which she needed for food shopping) she had no idea she was signed up for a subscription, when contacting customer service via email shes been told she cannot get a refund. Disgusting !!

Taioga token my credit withdraw without sending notifications to me, when I contacted them they said they couldn't refund it. I paid 18€, then 4 weeks later took 90€. When I registered I didn't see the word of payment after 4 weeks or the word of 90€. If anyone wants to join in, think it first.
Nora ones of the staff, she was nice and helpful. But the company still didn't give me the refund.

This company found it no problem to go into my bank account and take £ 78.49 for a subscription I never agreed to and more so I dont even know who they are!!! ABSOLUTE THIEVES . That you keep pushing more purchases it’s irritating. Now I worry about the $99 after 4 weeks will I remember to deactivate. It feels like a serious con.
