Customer support is excellent. I've ordered a pant and a shirt. Pant is amazing. I've been using for a couple of months now. The shirt is perhaps the best first impression that a shirt has given. Yet to test out it's longevity though. Overall great buying experience.

the fitting was very much tight and blazers were resent to alter, but after alteration the fitting was same as earlier. I have sent them back for refund as I am highly dissatisfied with the tailoring.

Surprisingly good fit for online tailoring!
Have tried another online tailoring entity earlier but the results left much to be desired. With Tailorz I had online consultation with a tailor for the measurements and the fit is excellent and the fabric is decent and drapes well!

Overall experience with Tailorz clothing has been good. While, there was some delay in delivery timelines. As I was not in hurry it was fine, but may not be same with other customers. The person who came to take the measurements and delivery was very polite, patient and intently listened and noted to my requirement. They have decent variety of materials for suits, shirts and tourers.

Worst shopping experience. After sale support total rubbish.
