Art for our empty wall
We love our canvas from Tailored Canvases! It's even more beautiful in person than in the pictures on their website. The canvas is high quality and I love that they have a 75 year color guarantee. I am thankful to finally have an amazing piece of art on my previously empty wall.
It came quickly and was well packaged for protection.

I am incredibly disappointed with…
I am incredibly disappointed with Tailored Canvases. I spent $170 on a custom canvas, only for it to arrive damaged. While mistakes in shipping happen, their complete lack of customer support is unacceptable.I have reached out to this company eight separate times to resolve the issue, and I have received absolutely no response. It is impossible to get a hold of anyone. They took my money instantly but completely ghosted me when they sent a broken product. Save your money and buy from a company that actually values its customers and stands by its products. Terrible experience.

Easy to order
Easy to order, but when you place your order pay attention to the questions they ask you. Ones like do you want to upgrade the size and do you want a frame. A little confusing, but the canvas is beautiful and well packaged. I have ordered quite a few of these canvases and am sure will be ordering more.

I ordered 2 pictures for over $200 but upon receiving another wall art realized it would not match. Called to cancel my order within 3 hours. They have been scamming me and lying to me for 3 days about my refund. Making up things then sending me offers as a “solution” and every time I call it’s another reason after I’ve been assured I would be refunded in 1-3 days. Now today I was told I have to fill out a cancellation survey which they never mentioned this whole time. Not getting a good vibe about getting my money refunded on an order that hasn’t even been processed.

Thank you for your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for what happened.
We completely understand your concern, especially since you contacted us shortly after placing your order to request the cancellation. That is certainly not the experience we want you to have.
The 1–3 business day timeframe applies once the refund has been processed, and the time it takes for the funds to appear may also depend on your original payment provider.
Your refund has now been forwarded to our Finance Team for processing. Once the refund has been completed, you will receive a confirmation notification via email.
Thank you for your understanding and patience while we work to resolve this for you.

My 48 × 24 Soft Fog Forest Canvas is EXQUISITE!!
My 48 × 24 Soft Fog Forest Canvas portrait is EXQUISITE! It only took a week to receive and it was packaged very securely. It hangs over my living room TV and viewed every day. I bought a light to mount over the top that makes a soft glow over the canvas. It created such a peaceful and calm feeling when I first saw it advertised that I had to purchase it. This purchase is worth every penny. A great company to do business with.
