The cookie was delicious and well packed for shipping so everything arrived in one piece. I would say it was baked and shipped earlier that I ordered so I think it was probably a little older on arrival than I would have liked but was still delicious and incredibly buttery!

I placed an order and received an email saying the order didn't go through despite the money being taken from my bank. They responded to say the money would be refunded but then the brownies were delivered to my address rather than the shipping address. I received no other emails and the shipping address was clearly different on the email I did receive. I contacted them and they didn't even bother to reply and it's been 2 weeks. The brownies weren't the best quality either, they smelled like the plastic postal bag they were put in.

I sent these beautiful Easter brownies to my daughter who is at St Andrews. She said they were delicious, and I received excellent communication re: delivery from Tailorbakes. Thanks for being a great Easter Bunny stand- in for this US mom!

Ordering was easy, and there were some great options. I choose a set Brownie mix and a Giant Cookie with a specific delivery day as a gift for someone. It was a surprise my order was a day early, and whilst this might have been good, it was not in my case. I did see pictures of the items, and the Brownie's looked exquisite (I was told they were delicious), but unfortunately the Giant Cookie did not look appealing. The icing message was clumsy, and did not read correctly; I was disappointed in this.
Overall good effort.

I ordered a box of blondies as a surprise for my colleagues at work and was pleased to hear that they really enjoyed them. Requested delivery for a specific day but ended up being delivered a day sooner which was an added bonus even though would have been satisfied with the requested date for delivery. Thanks!

Easy to order with a huge variety available. All clearly explained and well priced. I bought the cakes as a gift so didn't get to taste them but am sure the recipient loved them.

The cookie was very tasty, not as big as I thought though, other makes are considerably larger,the decoration wasn't as neat as other makes. The edge of the cookie was also damaged. The cookie was delivered early 👍

I bought a biscoff birthday cookie for my son’s girlfriend which was delivered next day. Beautifully packaged and very efficient. It was tasty, look great although smallish. However this didn’t distract from the enjoyment

Ordering process was very simple, delivery timely and the cakes tasted amazing.
Small suggestion for improvement - you could improve the way the personalized message is displayed, maybe make it look nicer and more visible.

I chose to use this company because its products looked delicious and reviews were outstanding.
I decided to buy my son a 'birthday treat box' that he could share with his friends. Initially, I was concerned about the delivery as his birthday was on a Monday but the company does state that their goods are 'freshly baked' and 'next day delivery' is offered. They state very clearly how to complete your order so that it will arrive as required. I was impressed by this.
Unfortunately the whole experience was a disaster. The treatbox was delivered to some random address which, my son had to locate to retrieve his present (at 11pm) . Extremely disappointed I contacted the company who responded with 'when the order was processed the postcode provided did not exactly match the address on the national postcode database used by the courier. When this happens, parcels can sometimes be redirected to the local delivery office or nearby properties while the driver determines the correct delivery point.' This is student accommodation but there has never been any delivery issues previously so unsure what the driver was thinking / doing. It was clearly not the stated delivery address so why he /she left it there is bewildering to say the least. In addition to this catastrophe the treat box was collected on the Friday so I feel that advertising products as 'freshly baked' is highly misleading. When challenged about this they responded with 'the order was collected by the courier on Friday and entered into their network ahead of the intended delivery date. Our products are baked fresh and dispatched the same day they leave our bakery.
All of our bakes are designed to remain perfectly fine for up to 7 days once delivered, and they are suitable for up to 4 days in transit within the courier network. This ensures they arrive in good condition.' I didn't want to purchase 'freshly baked goods' that had been in transit for days.
Clearly, lessons have been learnt by me at least.
I'm not suggesting that you do not purchase from this company but just to be mindful if you do!
