The company advertises 100% satisfaction guarantee, however that only applies to wrong orders or damage during shipping. I won’t say anything bad about their customer service, since I never contacted them once I read that all sales are final with no returns. I absolutely LOVE taffy and I absolutely HATE their taffy. That’s a bit of an overstatement, but it’s pretty close. There are a couple of flavors that I can tolerate. Most of their flavors are very acidic and taste like medicine. My daughter ordered me 12 of the large containers as a Christmas present and I feel horrible that she spent so much money on them. Also, my house is around 72 degrees and their taffy is hard. Maybe it’s just really old. I don’t know, but I will never order from them again and I would not recommend them.

The worst taffy I have ever had. All 4 tubes were hard as rocks and the flavors were flavors were no good. Will never purchase again

While the flavors are awesome, the freshness of the product varies greatly. Also found a strawberry flavored piece in where there was not supposed to be one. I doubt that I will order again

By far the best taffy I’ve had since I was a childhood walking the boardwalk in Ocean City, Maryland. Unbelievable how your product could bring back such fond memories I won’t be buying anything from anywhere else, but you.!

Variety of flavors, however, some taffy advertised do not appear on shopping list.

The taffy flavors are spot on. They really taste like the flavor they say they are! Particularly love the banana. Will be buying more at Christmas for gifts.

I ordered 6 cans of taffy. I was so excited to receive them, and they were awful! Too sweet. Grainy. Not chewy. Flavors are weird. So disappointing.

It was a wonderful coconut taffy, soft and flavorful. It didn't stick to the mouth or teeth. Will try other flavors 😁

Shipped quick and was delicious. Banana was hard but as you chewed it softened up and had a great flavor. The carmels were so beyond good, probably the best carmel I’ve ever had.

This product is not salt water taffy.

Wow! The flavors will make your mouth water and asking for more! This taffy is so good. I like the variety of flavors offered, plenty to choose from and I also enjoy the option to build my own box or purchase one of their own flavored boxes. The choices are great! Definitely ordering from them again!

We've gotten several orders from Taffy.com as well as Licorice.com which I believe is a sister company. The products are very good, a little pricey but well worth it. What sets them apart is their customer service, every retailer could learn something from them, particularly Jessica. This is what customer service should be.
