J’ai acheté une embout de remplissage dédié à mon arme Huben chez eux à 20€.
En fait, l’embout n’était pas adapté du tout à mon arme, il n’était même pas percé pour le remplissage et était donc inutilisable.
Je les ai contactés par mail pour leur expliquer mais aucune réponse pour l’instant.😤

Absolut miserabeler Kundenservice Hauptsache Geld kassieren dann ist keiner mehr zu erreichen und bei meiner Bestellung tut sich auch nach mehreren Tagen gar nichts

Ich habe mich vorab auch hier im Forum über den Verkäufer informiert. Bei Ebay waren die Bewertungen generell besser. Ich hab dann direkt im Shop bestellt und bin begeistert. Problemlose Abwicklung, schnelle Lieferung. Die Teile sind gut verpackt und hochwertig.
Ich würde wieder dort kaufen.

J’ai acheté une réplique qui ne correspond pas à celle reçue. En prime j’ai dû changer le hop up cassé et il y a un autre problème au niveau du chargeur que je n’arrive pas à résoudre.
Il n’y a pas de SAV. Ils ne répondent pas au mail qu’on leur envoie.
Clairement, n’achetez pas sur ce site ou c’est à vos risques et péril.

Unreliable business, lies, cheating, misleading. I returned the goods to their address, but they didn't accept them. The goods are at the post office. They don't communicate, they don't respond. It's an unreliable business, and don't buy anything from them!!! Avoid this store by a wide margin, they should be ashamed, but karma is free.
I am starting to address this matter with the relevant authorities.

Ordine processato in tempi brevi, spedizione rapidissima (solo 3gg) e prodotto corrispondente alla descrizione. Consigliato!

Ottima esperienza , ho acquistato una NXG PS-100 cal.50 e successivamente un fucile Umarex HDX 68 , e sono molto soddisfatto .
Sul HDX 68 , c'è stato un problema , ma , ho avuto un chiaro e veloce riscontro da parte del servizio clienti della Tactical24 . Tutto è stato prontamente risolto , anche grazie alla ottima e cordiale comunicazione .
In entrambi gli ordini , il materiale è stato spedito velocemente e con imballo accurato .
Personale gentile e preparato .
Ho letto recensioni negative , ma nel mio caso il servizio è stato inappuntabile , corretto e professionale .

Habe online bestellt und normal bezahlt. Nach bestätigung dasss die Ware an das Versendzentrum geht habe ich dann eine Woche nichts mehr gehört. Dann musste ich aktiv auf den Anbieter zu gehen um zu erfahren dass sie meine Adresse nicht beliefern obwohl diese im Bestellprozess akzeptiert wurde und dann mir noch eine E-Mail zu schicken dass die Waren an den Versand geht um dann zu Erfahren dass Sie mich nicht beliefern. Also so einen schlechten Service habe ich noch nicht erlebt - nicht zu empfehlen! Wenn das Geld nicht in einer Woche wieder da ist gibts Anzeige wegen Eingehungsbetruges.

Absolut nicht zu empfehlen.
Keine Kommunikation, scheinbar kein Kunden-Support.
Sehr schlechter Shop, mit scheinbar sehr langsamen Team, was es nicht hinbekommt nach 2 Tagen auf mein Support-Ticket zu antworten.
Außerdem finde ich es auch schwach, dass die bei den Produkten ohne "F-ung" nicht hinschreiben, dass die in Deutschland illegal sind, gut klar, hätte ich selber nachgucken können, aber trotzdem wäre es auch mal nett und hilfreich, wenn die das vorher mit dazu schreiben würden.
Habe meinen Kauf storniert und wenn die das bis morgen nicht hinbekommen, werde ich einfach das Geld zurückziehen.

Fazit: Schlechter Kunden-Service mit 0 Kommunikation und Kennzeichnungen bei den Produkten.
Als Kunde in Deutschland oder generell nicht in Österreich, ist es das beste diesen Shop zu MEIDEN!

the item i tried to buy was out of stock, so i had to cancel, but there are a lot of bad reviews that mention the support.
I don't think the support deserved all that hate....

They were really nice, and were able to solve the issue no problem. Probably one of the better ones ive seen.

non ho visto le recensioni precedenti e di conseguenza adesso sono qui a far veleno, non acquistate, consiglio da amico, sono ancora qui ad attendere il mio ordine fermo in GLS Austria da tre giorni, non rispondono alle mail, apro contestazione e rimborso con PayPal.
Molto maleducati.

Ho fatto un ordine di una pistola KWC.sofair pensando che era un calibro 4,5 perché il modello corispondeva anche nel prezzo medio online di altri negozi. Nelle specifiche non era riportato il calibro ma quando ho scoperto che era un calibro 6mm, ho mandando un email, otre che aprire un ticket, dove chiedevo la disponibilita del cal. 4,5 con eventuale aggiustamento di prezzo ma se non era disponibile ho chiesto di annullare l' ordine perche il 6mm non mi interessava. Il tutto lo stesso giorno dell' ordine in seguito ho mandato altre email ma a distanza di giorni nessuna risposta. Quindi questo negozio, come ho letto nelle recensioni, non è serio. Per fortuna pago sempre col circuito PayPal ora chiederò il rimborso tramite loro.

Worst costumer support ever, my package came with trash inside to prevent the guns from rolling around, took almost 2 weeks to send the package and they were ghosts until I filed a complain on PayPal, if it wasn't for that they would just keep the money.
Buy in your countries stores or if you want a trustworthy website, buy at AirsoftYecla or Taiwangun.com, they always deliver and have good ratings.

Ein Stern ist sogar viel zu viel. Man bekommt fehlerhafte/mangelhafte Ware und wenn man sich beim Support meldet, bekommt man einfach keine Lösung bzw. Antwort. Egal, ob 2 Tage vergehen, 1 Woche oder sogar mehrere vergehen ... Nichts, keine Antwort oder eine kompetente Lösung. Auch andere Freunde bzw. Mitspieler (Airsoft) sind auf mangelhafte Ware sitzen geblieben. Hab ich erst im Nachhinein erfahren ... Meidet diesen Shop, wenn Ihr keine Lust darauf habt auf Mist sitzen zu bleiben. Kostet nur eure Zeit, Nerven und Geld ... hätte ich mich Mal vorher über diesen Shop informiert. Da vertraut man darauf, dass es sich um einen seriösen Shop handelt und wird eines besseren belehrt. -.-

Auf Anfragen leider keine Antwort, trotz Hinweis in der automatisch generierten Mail, dass Antwort innerhalb von 48 Stunden erfolgt. Kann den Händler nicht empfehlen.

I ordered boots for an amount of 130 euros. In the package, two feet of different sizes.
For several months, Tactical24 has been promising me that UPS then GLS will come and take back this defective equipment, but nothing has happened despite my countless reminders.
No refunds, no more answer.
I am thinking that Tactical24 knowingly defrauds its customers and sees me forced to initiate proceedings against it.

J'ai passé commande de bottes pour un montant de 130 euros. Dans le colis, deux pieds de tailles différentes.
Depuis plusieurs mois, Tactical24 me promet qu'UPS puis GLS viendra reprendre ce matériel défectueux, mais rien ne se passe malgré mes innombrables relances.
Aucun remboursement, plus aucune réponse.
J'en suis à penser que cette enseigne escroque sciemment ses clients et me vois forcé d'entamer une procédure à son encontre.

Well ordered and paid goods turned out to be not in stock by "mistake" and they offered me different stuff...

After my response that I am not interested in diffent stuff and I want my money back 0 response, after week if waiting and trying to comunicate with them (even phone number turned out to be non existing) I was forced to refund via PAYPAL...

I strongly discouridge you from paying any different way then by paypal...

Goods were ordered and paid, but never received. The company never responded to my numerous requests for reimbursement. Those were simply ignored. These people are probably both incompetent and dishonest. Avoid this merchant.

Beim Kauf waren sie sehr schnell. Auch die Lieferung war top.
Dann war das erste Teil nach einmal benutzen bereits kaputt ( kann passieren)

Den Kundenservice angeschrieben und mittlerweile 3 Monate später nicht einmal eine Antwort bekommen. Also das was einen Kundenservice ausmacht ist dort nichtmal vorhanden.
