I bought the TackLife DH212 Model: GSW01A Gas Pressure Washer back in 2020, I used about 3 times and it stopped working and won't start. I tried to get some support from TackLife, only to find the support email and phone number form my manual are no long in service.
I can't find much info for my model from the internet. From their website, the only thing came up was a buy now. apparently it is still available for sale. try to search and download an updated manual from their site, the model is not in the list.

A very BAD company. It will not stand behind its 2-year warranty. Cannot contact their customer service by phone because their mailbox is always full. You send them emails and they tell you to contact their seller on Amazon who then ignores you. They just will NOT honor their 2-year warranty. This company is a bad joke. STAY away from Tacklife. Do NOT buy anything from this company.

BEWARE!!! Horrible customer service. I would not suggest this company or their products. Didn't last more than a few months. If you need a replacement part good luck! Company will not respond to my request and no one seems to sell replacement parts. Junk.

Bought a mini fridge, messaged support, no response. I called the number and spoke to a person one time saying they'll reach out. Nothing for two months, and I have a warranty. Been calling and the mailbox is full and you can't leave a message. Joke of a business, and they are right to hide and avoid committing to their "within 24 hour response" policy. Don't buy anything Tacklife.

Bought A reciprocating Saw guess what they don't sell Replacement batteries The battery that came with it didn't last a month

Ordered a tire inflator with a USB to charge it. They sent from California, got to Kansas and was lost. Talked to Tacklife, via email and they resent. I checked UPS and it was sent, but to stop in Kansas and send back to originator. I live in MO. Told Tacklife to cancel my order, and I did receive a VISA refund, minus 5.00 shipping. What a rip off! Stay away from anything this company sells. This happened in July/August 2021.

I bought 4 solar panels from TackLife. Shipped quickly & packaged well. Side by side comparison with the same output panel from Jackery made me very happy with my choice. The quality is good and the savings were significant. I don't know about their other products, but the solar panels are a great deal.

I received the tacklife T8 Max as a gift, it is basically a small portable car jumper. I moved and lost the jumper cables. I have emailed the company, telling them it was a gift and my situation. They asked me for the Amazon number which I obviously don’t have as it was a gift. Which with a follow up email I explained and was just asking if I could purchase the cables separately. Then I called the number listed online and what a surprise, no person answering and voicemail box is full. I don’t recommend buying from this company as they seem really shady to say the lest.

My daughter bought me a Tacklife corded rotary tool from Amazon UK in November 2020. After infrequent use it stopped working in September 2021. I contacted Tacklife through their on-line form and followed up with 3 emails to their customer service email address. They didn’t reply or even acknowledge receipt. It appears that the warranty is non-existent. Avoid them like the plague.

Rubbish product (paint sprayer) and the motor blew up on second use. Two year warranty not worth the paper it’s written on - no response from customer services. A truly rubbish company with zero support

I bought a Tacklife wood chipper from Amazon UK over a year ago, it was fantastic, worked really well until it clogged up. There is a knob on the side of the machine to move the cutter blade back and forth. This would have probably have solved my problem if I could move it except that this knob has no grip and it is impossible to move. So I am unable to un-clog the machine, it's now useless....can't get hold of the company. Very angry.

Avoid this company!!! Bought drywall sander on amazon UK the sander stop working after 20 minutes work, I contacted manufacturer but no response, seller disappeared from amazon so I'm not able to contact him directly, amazon seems to me be a scum as well as no help from them as well. I'm not sure what to do now, if anyone has go through this with scumazon then please help.

Bought Tacklife wood chipper £170 from Amazon end of August 2020. After using it twice successfully third time suddenly stopped. Have had engineer look at it and gearbox has gone. 24 month warranty with this product. Contacted tacklife who say unable to refund because bought through Amazon who have discontinued account because of technical issue ( Have since investigated/ reported that this is because several sellers participating in fake review schemes including Tacklife and |Aukey ) they told me to claim refund from Amazon. Amazon reply - as this was sold on marketplace they cannot refund after 90 days.
Tacklife say they have no way now of refunding through Amazon! Two months later and dozens of emails back and fore . Amazon customer services 4 chats and promising to call back but nothing. Each of them accepting a refund is due but neither willing to pay it.
I am left with unusable machine and £170 out of pocket and unable to afford to buy another one.
Very poor service from both Tacklife and Amazon.
I am very upset.

I bought a 160 bar pressure washer. That so far is ok, but the support team either don’t speak English or are too thick to tell me what the Lance connector is compatible with.

As it stands the washer is fine as a washer, but if you want to use any other accessories, such as a drain hose, or a sand blaster attachment you can’t until you know what type of connector is used ( I.e is it Bosch, Greek, Lavir, or one of the many others).

It seems implausible that Tacklife themselves don’t know, but it seems 5hat is the case....

MESSAGE is do not buy if you want to do anything that use a High pressure cleaning Lance.

Bought sander may 2020.lasted 7 months drive belt broke.contacted them did not know what drive belt was asked if it was sanding sheets after many messages was told dont do spares.then asked gor order number gave them number.they said have replacement or refund.refund be quivker cheaper save postage.told be refunded next working day.now said wont refund but have to go through whole process again with Amazon.not happy chappie.all for sack voiple pound drive belt
