Nothing received on 11-01-2026. Ordered a few times, sent an email but no response.
On 25-01-2026, I received an email asking me to write a review about the product I never receved.

I Ordered the Aqua Atom Feeder Pole. It was discounted from £199 to £119. Still expensive but an essential piece of kit for me and completely worth it as I have Arthritis and can’t cast very acutely. This very light weight carbon pole allows me to place the baited hook and feed the swim at the same time. I love it. About tackle tarts they are fantastic. They kept me informed of every step from placing my order to the delivery. Also they used DHL which in my experience is the better of ALL the UK couriers. So it turned up ON TIME and very well packaged. I can’t thank them enough as this is really going to improve my fishing experience from now on. Totally worth the 5 Star review. Thanks guys you were brilliant and I’ll definitely be back.

Received the shorts and decided a smaller size would be better, called and was advised to send back with a note asking for the smaller size and £3. We also called and was told the shorts would be put to one side for us. We sent back as soon as possible which cost just under £5. We chased delivery of the new shorts and was told someone else got them and they can only refund the cost of the shorts. He couldn’t work out how to refund the £3 on PayPal and then said he would be out of pocket. He also said he didn’t receive the return until Friday which is a lie as I sent first class. He hung up while I was mid-sentence. Incredibly rude staff and no customer service. We’ve ended up £8 out of pocket with no shorts.

No item received after 1 week. No communication. Randomly received an email to state refund. No company phone number to contact and do not respond to messages sent inside their own system.

I’d advise anyone to keep clear and avoid the inconvenience of this outfit. Never worth the hassle and will not use again

Poor customer service. I ordered an item to be delivered next day delivery and paid an extra £5. I ordered it on the Wednesday and still nothing delivered on Thursday. I then contacted them and asked why and they said because i ordered it after 1pm it would be the next working day. I ordered it at 12:55 but nonetheless I accepted it would arrive by Friday. Friday comes and goes still no item. I contacted them again and still no reply. Item finally arrived on Saturday 3 days after I ordered it. I asked for my delivery cost to be refunded which was refused. Will not be using again .

Tackle Tarts found me a great reel with free 48 hours postage, the reel was £10 cheaper than the big name online stores were selling it for, I was dubious when I came across tackle tarts but I need not have been, a first class service and will use again .

Great website. Found what I wanted considerably cheaper than elsewhere.

A complete waste of time, I ordered several items, none arrived after a week so i sent them a message telling them this... this alone is a big problem!! The fact i had to tell them they had not sent me any of my items that i purchased from them!! they then told me they could not get any of the the items i bought, what a waste of my time!! DO NOT USE THIS SHODDY BUSINESS.

Would give 0 stars if I could lost the item couldn't find it no feedback have to send like 4 messages before you get a reply steer we'll clear proper amatuerish mob this lot cowboys

My item was not received. I was told there was an issue and I’d receive a full refund.
I then contacted the company again and was told I should wait 5-10 business days. After 13 business days I again made contact to which I received no reply. It’s now been 15 business days and I’ve still not heard from the company or received a refund.
I have had to order the item again from elsewhere. A small stocking filler for my husband has now cost me £60 thanks to the poor service and communication from tackle tarts. Please don’t use this company, they are unreliable and possibly not genuine.
