they say next day delivery I ordered wednesday , sent two emails (early and late) they didnot reply to either sent email monday no reply now tuesday evening still no reply or peanuts , tried to telephone but they are not answering the telephone

Goods not recieved. No replies to emails at all and NO contact telephone number. Money taken out of my bank as Walker Housewares???. Wish i had checked reviews before making purchase. Had to mess around doing a chargeback through my bank. Not sure if they even actually exist.

Dog Food Odered and Paid For But Not Received
Seems there are many people like me out there who , have ordered AND PAID FOR , goods , that have not turned up !! I also am a pensioner - and , can not afford to throw away my hard earned money ! Still waiting for my dog food !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not even an email to say it has been dispatched - so be very aware everyone out there - choose a different company - these are useless .

sent money but no dogfood.will not reply to my e.mails and have not received any dog food.thanks google for saying there a safe site. im a pensioner and have now lost my money, please dont use this site

Before you try using tacklepets you may want to consider waiting for the tooth fairy to bring you your item instead, the latter is more likely to be sucessful. Oh and dont bother e mailing them, your more likely to find ET hiding in your dishwasher than get a reply. Two words.....trading standards. Thank god for paypal.

Don't respond to emails
Not received order and they haven't respond to my emails. I've tracked down their address and telephone number, but they don't answer the phone. I have a very bad vibe about them.

All i have is a recipt for my goods, 3 months later they will not reply to e mails, not answer the phone, I can only assume that I have lost my money!
