Unaware of Horizon parking scam is in operation at Altrincham. No signs at all from the only disabled bays to our table. Only found out today when we revisited as disabled bays were obstructed and so we had to use main car park. Concerned a ticket is on its way and sought support from staff. ALL staff, including the step up manager, at the restaurant were entirely incapable. Lady on Premier Inn reception was particularly vile and ignorant. Staff hid badges and refused to give names. Head office staff specifically TJ and Andrew were an absolute disgrace and were without much needed management back up. Both refused to escalate the call or take a complaint in line with published procedure. We left our unfinished drinks and starters as never again as we refuse to be treated so badly. Waiting for a ' manager' to call tomorrow and hopefully a call from the CEOs office
Why advertise the brand and then treat customers so badly? No wonder it was empty!

Drove in this evening, waited at reception to be allocated a table, place quite quiet. Asked us if we had a car to which we replied ‘yes’ , you have to go outside and try and find the screen or whatever to put your registration number in. Looked like a large iPad touch screen didn’t work and couldn’t find anywhere else to log in.
Staff member wasn’t really helpful so we just advised her we will go somewhere else for a bite to eat and a few drinks. Been loads of times to Orion way and never had this problem. Used to log you in standing at desk , plenty other places with less hassle to find a table on a Thursday night at 5.45 pm

We visit Table- table in Barnstaple quite regularly , both with family and friends. Last night we were served by Gaynor who once again went over and above.She is friendly, professional and an asset to table table.All of our meals were both enjoyable and affordable .

We booked a table for 3 for a breakfast on Father’s Day, at 10am, we were looking forward to this very much, however when we arrived there was a queue, and only one person in attendance who kept disappearing, the queue was building up behind us.
We took a long time to be sat at the table, when we went up for our food, there was also a big queue, there was only one hot plate available so everything was running out and taking a while to get anything.
My partner queued for an extremely long time, and when she got to the front of the queue there was only bacon, beans and mushrooms, she was so hungry and sick of waiting she had to put up with what was available, at this point we were informed there was only one person cooking.
We discovered the only coffee machine was out of order, something which wasn’t mentioned when greeted or paying.
As its advertised for unlimited cappuccino/latte etc, this was not acceptable.
The food was a fairly low standard and it was practically impossible getting anything from the continental cart due to the queues, the limited stock, and the time it took for staff to refill it.
We asked for poached eggs, which after an extremely long wait was brought to us, and was totally overcooked, they were obviously forgotten about.
The juices ran out many times and again it took an age to be refilled.
This was totally unacceptable, there was clearly not enough staff on, it was the worst meal I’ve ever had.

It was my birthday on Tuesday 12th of June so I thought let’s have a nice breakfast. Went to the table table in Colchester and arrived around 10:10 and was told no can’t have breakfast, then I argued the point they were open till 10:30 for breakfast, they reluctantly agreed to seat me and my wife. Personally I wish I hadn’t bothered no sausages either real or vegetarian and when the food did eventually come to us the bacon was rock solid and the rest of it wasn’t much better. The toaster machine didn’t really work properly and there was no cutlery or plates and had to find someone to try and get anything very very disappointed. .

There are No staff in Caernarfon. Such a shame as it a nice location. Only one person at front of house on her own. Doing everything !! Waiting time was horrendous!!!! Why is this ???

My family after a long drive had dinner here at Table Table in Barnstable in April the food was over cooked and under cooked and the service was bad. I have made two complaints but the restaurant can not be bothered to reply.

As I write this I have now waited 30+ minutes for my food order, it’s a very busy place - the first 5 minutes I wasn’t advised it’s bar only ordering- staff not good at passing this on. Still waiting at 40 minutes in a wet and windy Bangor- still waiting at 50 minutes- at last my meal has appeared and to Be honest it’s quite nice. The food was ok but the waiting is not on

We booked a table for 3 adults and child at your pentrebach restaurant today for 4.30 and for another adult to arrive at between 5.30 and 6.30 . We arrived on time and when we was given our table we asked could we change as it was next to the kitchen.the waitress that greeted us said we only have another table that was in the corner. She didn't even show us to the table. When I went to get served at the bar I heard her saying to another member of staff that she didn't understand why we moved. The child we had with us was only 2 so it would have been hard trying to keep her sat at our original table next to the main flow of foot traffic from entrance to bar and kitchen.My wife ordered a sirloin steak and when this arrived it was full of fat ( no meat at all) . The waitress that served this was really apologetic but my wife had to then eat her meal on her own as the rest of the food was served to us. When my son in law turned up at 6.15 he had not ordered his food and the rest of us had not ordered dessert we was told that we needed to be off the table before 7 o clock hence he only had a main that in itself was then poor with less chips than our 2year old had on her plate. I can't fault our server enough but the other staff were not helpful even down to rude at bar not knowing it was my family they were talking about.

Thank you to The Ashbridge Inn, Cwmbran for making our 10th anniversary party so special. Nothing was too much trouble and Charlotte helped so much. I had no pressure. We just turned up and everything was prepared and ready. The buffet was exquisite and everyone loved the food. Definitely recommend The Ashbridge Inn, Cwmbran South Wales.

Sophie W was a amazing server. Always with a smile, asking us if we had enough drinks,sauces, if food was good. Was prompt with the bill and asked if we wanted dessert. Would definitely come back again. Sophie W was great

Waitress service poor, rushed us to order drinks before we sat down at table, then forgot to bring the drinks to us, food not that good, ordered from the Deal menu but still should be good!

Great experience, Michelle who served at The Ashbridge, Cwmbran was fantastic. No problemswith taking our orders and she even made my elderly fathers day as he mentioned it had been his birthday earlier in the week and she presented him with a card and a box of Maltesers, which a lovely gesture!!

went to Treffry tavern today , food amazing for price service very good , but a special credit to Dean ( i think that was his name) your interaction without being ott was excellent , a real credit to your company

Went to The Charterhouse in Aylesbury for a meal with friends to celebrate our husbands birthdays.
The waiter said that there was no chicken, whatsoever, fish and chips and beef lasagne. I ordered vegetable lasagne and had no complaints with this. The remainder of the party went with the mixed grill with the chicken being replaced with a sausage.
My husbands steak was meant to be well done and came out rare, the sausages were a cream colour with a single brown line on it which I would think was from the griddle and looked un-cooked.
Coffee to finish tasted of nothing.
Our waitress was lovely and we couldn't complain but felt we should have.
This will be the last time I attend this restaurant.
A bad meal.

Then got told i had a hissy fit and stormed off.
Very rude.
Only a 40 min wait for a cold meal.

We had a weekend away at Barnstaple, and we decided to have dinner at Table Table Barum Gate. Gaynor was our waitress, and she went over and above to serve us with not just food but also friendliness. She made the experience worthwhile. Every restaurant needs a Gaynor.

Very run carpet furniture very used,food very dried out I would say kept warm had mixed grill hair on gammon,could see in kitchen no beard protection used by cook and using vapes while cooking,waitresses were doing a good job but wasn’t keen on way food brought out all at once on big tray so they carried under their chins.very disappointed as used to use a lot some years ago and was very good.

Table table The booking was great. All went through as expected. However it is the Red Lion. 2 Havant Road. Horndean. Breakfast that is the review about. The breakfast has really dropped their standards indeed. The quality of the food has really deteriorated. Very limited choice in continental breakfast side and not the best quality. As for the full English cooked breakfast: quality of the ingredients has fallen below expectations. Bacon was very over cooked and brittle and greasy. Black pudding was undercooked to the point it was just thawed out. Sausages have halved in size, from about 5” long to about 21/2” long and overcooked. Mushrooms were dry and overcooked. I have a feeling that a lot of items are cooked and left under a hot lamps, so dried out. They need to really improve their standards of quality of food or people will avoid this place in the future. We will definitely not be going there again for sure.

We have been to Bridgend branch twice and got the same experience.

We ordered a very standard menu (smothered chicken) and it took 50-60 minutes to arrive. Yes, there were only few customers with lots of empty tables. And yes, there was no prior warning about the waiting time when you ordered, which you should expect in a decent restaurant. Had we been warned about the waiting time, we could have chosen other menu or decided to dine somewhere else. And not once, but twice (once in Sep 2024, once in Feb 2025).
