Heavy duty cast base
I needed a heavy duty base for a custom table I’m making. I’m very happy, my base showed up faster than expected and is exactly what I needed. The packaging had been damaged in transit and 2 of the feet were missing, I called Table Bases and they sent out replacements the same day.

Great Customer service
The product really exceeded expectation .
Whoever packed the product for shipping needs some guidance .
You can't throw a heavy cast iron part in a cardboard box with little or no corner packing and hope it'll get there intact
Customer service ,namely Michael , was very good about replacing a missing part promptly .
I recommend this product and company .

I wanted a stainless steel pedestal…
I wanted a stainless steel pedestal table base and found several similar candidates online. I checked out the reviews of three different suppliers, and Tablebases.com got by far the best reviews. So I ordered from them. I got exactly the type of base I was looking for, it is very good quality, it was delivered in just a few days, and the company couldn't have nicer to deal with. Perfect!

over the years I have bought tablebases…
over the years I have bought tablebases for 3 different restaurants. the customer service has always been great on my last order I found that I needed two more bases after we got open and I was told that my past history as a customer was unimportant, it did not matter how many bases I have purchased in the past the price for two bases is much higher. If I did not need to match the existing bases I would have gone elsewhere.
I will buy tables elsewhere in the future because they don't really care about long term customers.
They are very short-sighted, many people have asked where I got the tables; my new answer will not be tablebases.com

Hi Mitch,
We are so sorry to hear you were dissatisfied with your recent purchase experience! Thank you for your feedback. Of course we do value all of our customers and we appreciate your continued business. The prices for the bases you chose have not changed, however, this time you did not qualify for the bulk discount that you received previously. We offer the same prices and the same bulk discounts to every customer.
I know one of your bases arrived damaged, and we shipped you the replacement parts right away. We always strive to provide the best customer service that we can and to quickly address any issues that may arise with an order. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us and we'll be happy to help.

You can't find Exceptional customer service like this anymore
Extremely helpful! I was looking to order online, it said they were out of stock. A co-worker told me that the online chat assistant was very helpful, so I used that and Michael went above and beyond to assist me in ordering what I needed/wanted. Daltile will continue to be a happy customer and purchase what we need for our stores. Thank you for providing exceptional customer service!
