Terrible Company - continually solicits you after you've asked to be taken off their call list. Its been about 6 months at this point. Advise you not to use them their are far superior services elsewhere.

We got a good deal and helpful from this company especially from Alex and Kevin. We got back with them third times ready but not end.

Great experience with ALEX , he always gives you all options and work out to get you the best deal.

Caller had a terrible attitude and seeing the negative reviews calling out their scam, I'm not surprised. Called and immediately asked for the business owner. When I asked what the nature of the call was, they said they were calling from Synergy Financial and offered lending to small businesses. I told them we are not interested in their services and the caller LAUGHED and said "Who are you?". I told him I'm the business owner and hung up.

scam, won't stop calling

Total scam. Do not give them ANY personal financial information. The 5 star reviews are clearly written by the scammers themselves. Soliciting for loans by phone? These are scam call centers gathering financial information e.g. bank statements to further harass you with constant calling and emailing for the sole purpose of identity theft and electronic fraud.

First thing to remember is the guy on the phone is a sales person. They will tell you whatever you want to hear to get you to send the info they want. I told the rep who called me in a series of emails I want a 5 year term loan and I wanted to pay out all other bank debt and I wanted to know their lowest interest rate. I realize all including myself would not qualify for their lowest rate but I asked what is their longest term and their lowest rate I was told 6.75 percent and 120 months. I said I was not interested in any offers less that five years or 60 months. I was offered 18 months on the phone by one company and 12 by another at 22 percent. I told them do not even write the offers. Some ppl need the financing more than others and I get that, but they try to come across as able to do whatever you need and they simply are offering short term loans at high rates of interest and they quit talking as soon as they see that you are serious about proper long term financing. If you want short term money and you need it 22 percent bad. This might be your place. But I hope this review gets them to quit calling me because for years I have told them the same thing. Long term reasonable rates and not a single offer was made in that nature. Now they will tell me I dont qualify for that program but i already have that program from a top tier bank so, I do qualify. I simply wanted to see if more was available at a longer term and they said yes and then made no offer of that nature.

Scam! We receive multiple calls a day. They always ask to speak to the owner, if they had any idea of we are they would know that we are one of many branches our Corporation has and the owner is only at the main office. It does no good to request to be removed from their list. Why would anyone ever do business with a financial institution that uses phone solicitation to generate customers?
