Recently I had a course of dentistry carried out and completed by Dr Thoulfaqar Shamsa. This course consisted of several visits, on each visit I found Dr Shamsa to show respect, patience and always had a pleasant manner about him, he was very professional in his duties and on each visit he put me at my ease. If asked I wound’nt hesitate to recommend him, he is an excellent asset to your company.

My 7yr old hadn't seen the dentist in 4 years due to relocating to longridge and being on several waiting lists for a long time. He started experiencing pain with his tooth and after a call to the NHS line to try and get him an emergency appointment we were told about Synergy in Preston taking on new patients, a quick call and we were registered and a appointment confirmed for the following day.
My son was very nervous upon consultation and the dentist Ammarrah put him at ease straight away, she explained everything to him in a way that he understood.
Alas! he needed fillings and one tooth that was giving him pain needed to come out. We were given an appointment to return for treatment 2 days later.

My son was nervous about having fillings, but again Ammarrah put his at ease, talking to him throughout and he trusted her, so much that he ended up completing all his treatment in one appointment and even had the tooth that was going to come out filled instead , he left with a big smile on his face.
He has even been asking when we are going back to see Ammarrah !

Dr Ali in Preston sounded good & gave me a good price. He was not happy with the seatings in my implants & said he would contact his laboratory to re-evaluate my them! They were the not as good as the ones he had sent to them & were not going to be able to live for as long as the ones he had maesured for, nor I had paid for!!

Attended for an extraction under sedation - I am an extremely anxious patient and the extraction had potential to be complex. I have never had sedation before and this added to my fears. I was in safe hands with Ganesh and his team. Special thanks go to Chrissie (I hope I have remembered the name correctly) for holding my hand and all her reassurance. I remember very little about the procedure but I do recall it being pain free. Early days of my recovery but I still remain pain free and feeling very grateful for being looked after by a great team.

I had a really pleasant experience, all of the staff were friendly and there is a very calming feel to the waiting area. Had no complications with my procedure, wasn’t even aware I’d had it done, and the recovery was surprisingly smooth. No complaints at all.

Receptionist is very very helpful.

I am a very nervous attending the dentist, Dr Ali and his staff are very understanding and explain in detail every step of the way. I have attended Preston dental clinic for a number of years. The staff on reception are very helpful and understanding when making appointments, the nurses are kind. I would recommend this dental clinic Dr Ali and all staff at Preston to anyone nervous about attending the dentist, you will not be disappionted in the service you receive and the end result. The reception staff and dentists were friendly and helpful but my appointments unfortunately were continuously being changed or canceled sometimes at the last minute when I had taken time off work to attend. I was left for numerous weeks with an unsightly gap in my mouth and was embarrassed to smile until it was seen to. I also had numerous emails with conflicting appointment times and dates which became very confusing as to when my next appointment was scheduled for.
I did and do like all the dental work that I have had at synergy and will continue to attend despite problems with appointments.

I initially attended Synergy Preston for a smile make over consultation with Ali as I wanted to know my options for worn-down teeth due to bruxism.
On my first appointment Ali carried out an intra oral scan where I got to see my 3D stimulation.

At my second appointment Ali showed me the design of my new smile to ensure I was happy with what he had designed and to decide on a shade.

We decided that emax eneers were the best option for me due to severe tooth wear.

The third appointment was my trial smile where Ali had the moulds made so I could see what the final veneers would like and to check the shape. On this appointment Ali carried out a final scan to send to the lab.

The final appointment was when Ali fitted the veneers, and they look amazing!

I am so so happy with them and I can't thank everyone enough at Synergy Preston!

I’m a very nervous patient and the dentist is very reassuring and helpful

From the beginning of my treatment journey the staff at this dental surgery were absolutely amazing, supportive and very helpful. Dr Ali was an absolute amazing dentist who went out of his way to help me feel better and confident in my smile again. I really appreciate how the staff treated me. Lisa from the call centre was very helpful and understanding towards my situation and supported me through out this experience.

Thankfully a dentist that listens to you and have so much patience I would recommend Synergy Dental to the most vulnerable as they are so gentle and patient and listens to you
