The mats I bought were exactly as advertised and what I needed. I appreciated that they were rolled with the top side out which means that they will flatten quicker. There is a bit of out-gassing smel... Zobacz więcej

O Synergee Fitness Equipment Canada
Napisane przez firmę
We are a fitness company for people who are humans first and athletes second.
We know working out isn’t your full-job; but it sure feels amazing to lift something heavy when you come home from your 9-5. We recognize that fitting in a workout between kids’ pick-ups, drop-offs, meals, and bedtime can be a challenge; but with reliable and affordable equipment made to fit your unique lifestyle, it can happen. We understand a home gym means a heated and decked out garage for some, and pushing the coffee table aside to make space for burpees for another; and we’ve got equipment to suit both, and everything in between.
We are for full-time moms, dads, spouses, role models, caregivers, students, teachers, emergency services personnel who need fitness to be convenient, empowering, and help them lead healthier, and happier lives.

Impressed with the quality and fair price. Fast shipping. Very happy with purchase. Make sure to not overtighten the screws or it will damage the rubber coating / plywood. Would be nice to have a warning in red somewhere in the instructions. “Screws should be flush with material. Once flush do not tighten or it will damage the material.”

Great product and good quality equipment. However, in my own personal experience attempting to call the number to have someone assist me was very difficult as I wasn’t able to get through to anybody over the phone after being put on hold. But once I had tried texting for some assistance I was able to get the assistance I needed and they were very helpful!

How to manage customer service 101
I noticed some things were off on our order—particularly a dumbbell rack that was very overdue on arrival.
Then, after checking my account to add some more goodies, I noticed a sale on recently purchased products we had ordered at full price.
Katelyn was a pro.
She ordered a new rack unit, refunded the difference, made a nice suggestion on a shorter and lighter barbell and did it all in minutes.
We are not the only Synergee client.
But Katelyn and her team sure made us feel like it.
Because of this stellar service, the refunded discount went right back into more Synergee goodies.
Thanks!

5 Stars for Customer Service and Product.
Synergee got to the bottom of why my order hadn't arrived after 5 weeks - it was a Canada Post issue . I really appreciate Synergee's professionalism and promptness in handling my problem. May I add that the skipping rope I ordered from them is of very high quality, and that even double unders are easier now! 5 stars for customer service and for quality of product to this company.

I love buying Canadian
I love buying Canadian. Your site is easy to navigate and had what I was looking for, which was ankle weights. You have so many great products that I ended up buying resistance bands and a weighted bag which I am super excited to get.
