Dear Elizabeth, I am so sorry for the frustration regarding your order color and the communication gap. I was very concerned to read your recent feedback on Trustpilot.
I want to sincerely apologize for the color error with your order. I also noticed you mentioned our customer service was non-existent; I have personally sent a few replies to your previous messages, and I’m worried they may have been filtered into your spam folder.
We are a small business that prides itself on service, and your satisfaction is my priority. Once we have resolved this to your satisfaction, would you be open to reconsidering or removing your review? It would mean a lot to our team as we work to improve.
Thank you for your patience.

We never intend to mislead our customers. If the item isn't exactly what you were looking for, we are happy to assist you with a return or exchange for another piece in our shop.

Chinese knock-off
This shirt is a Chinese knock-off of the shirt I thought I ordered. The material is cheaper and there are slight differences. I truly thought this was the actual shirt and did not realize it was a knock-off from the boutique website. The shirt was shipped from China and took a while to arrive.

Replacing my favorite dress
I have been looking for a dress similar to one I lost in a house fire. It was my favorite dress. I wore it all the time. Both these dresses are similar and I absolutely love them!

Dear Denise,
I am incredibly sorry to hear about your experience. This is absolutely not the level of quality or service we strive for at Sybaritic Boutique.
I am especially concerned to hear that the print on your sweatshirt was incomplete and that the fit and shipping time missed the mark. We want to make this right immediately.
Please send sweatshirt back us so we can arrange a full refund or a replacement. We stand behind our products, and we don't want you to be stuck with something you don't love. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
