I have had them since they installed fiber in my area in 2022. It goes down once in a blue moon, but comes back up within a few hours.Overall, the only issue that I have ever really had is the billing department. I found out that they contract the billing to an outside source, who apparently has no idea what they are doing. There is another company that just installed fiber in my town. They came to my door asking me how much I pay for Swyft and I told them and they said "we can match it". Why would I switch for the same price when I really don't have any problems. The internet service seems to be legit.

We’re in a semi-rural area where Internet has been expensive and flaky for years. Then Swyft Fiber laid lines down our road and we decided to give it a try. We’re so glad we did! Installation was prompt, although burying the lines took a little time. Speed is excellent and the service had been about 97% rock solid. Recently there were a couple of short outages over a two-week period and Swyft proactively applied a credit to our service.

Since Swyft pioneered fiber in our area, AT&T has since laid its own fiber lines. We’re not tempted to switch and hope that Swyft can survive the marketing muscle of the bigger company.

I have been a customer with Swyft internet since the beginning of 2026. My internet is frequently out of service (on average of every week or 2. My router has been changed out twice, a broken wire has been repaired across Highway 113 from my home, many many calls have been made to tech services resulting in a ticket being made for a technician but never shows up. This company needs to be held accountable. This morning (7/8/2026) my internet is out again.

Everyone I’ve encountered has been friendly, professional and helpful. However, I am having so many issues since having it installed just 10 days ago. It worked great for two days, then it just started disconnecting for some reason. The first time they told me I would just need to reboot it because it needed to rest. That worked but within an hour it started disconnecting again. When I called back they said they would create a ticket and after three days, a technician stopped by. He replaced the modem (just in case) and thought I might be having issues because of the AT&T router I still had nearby. (I am waiting to cancel this and Dish until I make sure Swyft is going to work for me). One day later, I am still having the same problem getting disconnected even with the new modem. The WiFi went on and off all throughout the day. I’m going to call back Monday and try one more time. Have to do something because I’m paying for two different Wi-Fi’s and two tv services.

I need swyft to get back with me. I have had a connectivity issue since Thursday and customer service is not supporting this client of yours. My work order tickets keep closing out with my connectivity issue not being resolved. I need your assistance in resolving my issue, please.

I absolutely love this company! The best company for fiber internet service in rural areas… Try them out and you will not be disappointed…

I only gave them a one star because that’s the only way it would let me move forward. It’s terrible service, terrible customer service. They never know what’s going on.They have no idea how to help you so they just send to the next person that also has no idea.I would not recommend them to anyone. All they care about is their monthly payment. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

The fiber installation crew went the extra mile for us by crawling underneath the house to run the cable exactly where we wanted it to be. Also, initial internet speed tests indicate 337gb download and 315gb upload---which is great for our needs. Thanks guys!

The service itself is out of this world AMAZING!

We have over 30 devices hooked up to it and it still is super fast and holding everything up! Ditching starlink as we speak!

I have had the best experience with Swift fiber and the customer service was perfect the best Internet.

We don’t live in a rural area so having service out here has always been a shot In the dark. We stream all and have 2 teen sons so having internet that works it’s really impt to us. I sent back Starlink when the Ian the rep that came and knocked on my door. I talked to him and he was very professional and informative and helped me make the decision. They just put down fiber in our location. Ian made the switch super easy and had the installers scheduled within a week to come out. The installation went just as nice… I didn’t get my installers name but he was very nice very professional and answered any and all questions I had as well as helped me decide on the best spot to set all up at. Finally I can talk on the phone and people can hear me I know that may seem like not a big deal to some but when you are trying to handle daily stuff you need to be able to have a connection where others can hear you on the phone. I have been VERY pleased with the service and don’t regret cancelling Starlink… service has been phenomenal!

Installation went well but the service never connected. I called every day for almost 2 weeks to try and get someone to come look at the problem but every time a work order was generated it was closed within a couple of hours saying the system was provisioning. It couldn't provision because the connection from the junction box at the road to the house was faulty, but no one seemed to want to accept that. One lady with customer service was so condescending that I just hung up when I heard her voice answer the phone and called back to get someone else. Eventually I called to report the problem again and was told my account had been closed.

They were very professional and kind. The guy did a great job. Highly recommend.

Five-star experience so far! We just got our install yesterday and we've got great speeds with no lag time with our security cameras. Lots of communication from scheduling through install and my fiber technician Alexander was the absolute best. Super professional, on time to the minute and super-fast! This is a BIG step up for us over satellite and SO HAPPY Swyft came to town.

Jeff was great! I had just had dental and sinus surgery. He was kind and helpful not to mention patient with me, explaining all!

The upload speed needed for streaming in our remote area was an impossibility until Swyft Fiber became available - Fast internet with very reasonable pricing. I must mention the friendly professional staff and technician made sign-up and installation so easy and timing was right on schedule.

He was very professional and courteous. He was very knowledgeable and has a real sense of customer support and satisfaction. This Installation Tech is very "top knotch" !
