I have had a number of bags from Swolit and I have never been disappointed. My last bag was a Navy bag but its so dark it appears black BUT I'm keeping it as it is excellent quality for the price.

5* customer service
I bought a bag 7 months ago but did not use it until recently. Unfortunately, it was faulty. I assumed it was way too late to do anything about it (my own fault) but Customer service reached out to me and there were absolutely no problems in giving me a refund. You really couldn't ask for better service. Even if there's a problem, there's not a problem.
