These are the most comfortable socks I have ever worn and at 70 that is saying something! The bamboo material is soft and smooth, doesn’t lose its shape or colour and glides on easily every time. I... Zobacz więcej

Exceptional Bamboo Sock Subscription…
Exceptional Bamboo Sock Subscription Experience!
I recently subscribed to Swole Panda's Bamboo Sock Subscription, and I am absolutely thrilled with the entire experience! From the moment I placed my order to the timely delivery, every step has been seamless and delightful.
First and foremost, let me talk about the socks themselves. The quality of the bamboo socks is simply outstanding. They are incredibly soft, comfortable, and breathable, making them a dream to wear throughout the day. Not to mention, the eco-friendly aspect of bamboo fabric is commendable and aligns perfectly with my values.
What truly sets Swole Panda apart is their subscription service. The convenience of having a fresh pair of socks delivered to my doorstep every month is a game-changer. No more worrying about running out or making last-minute purchases! The subscription process was easy and straightforward, and the option to choose between one-off or repeating subscription is a fantastic feature.
I must commend Swole Panda on their exceptional attention to detail and prompt delivery. Each month, like clockwork, my sock package arrived on time, beautifully packaged with a personal touch. It truly felt like receiving a gift every month, adding an extra touch of excitement to my day.
Furthermore, their customer service deserves special recognition. I had a minor inquiry about sizing, and their support team was quick to respond and provide me with the assistance I needed. It's refreshing to see a company that genuinely cares about its customers and goes above and beyond to ensure their satisfaction.
In summary, I wholeheartedly recommend Swole Panda's Bamboo Sock Subscription to anyone in search of premium quality socks and a hassle-free experience. The combination of their remarkable product, timely deliveries, and outstanding customer service has exceeded my expectations. Keep up the fantastic work, Swole Panda!
Kudos to the entire team for creating such a fantastic subscription service!

Unconsented renewal of subscription , con artists
bought a one off 3 month sock gift subscription to be delivered on the 29th of the month for a birthday and xmas gift for 3 months. The deliveries were late each time, and then without my knowledge, they repeated the subscription and charged my card, not once but twice. Their excuse is that even though I only paid for 3 months as a one off gift, they have the right in their small print, to continue the subscription unless I cancel it. How can I cancel something I knew nothing about? Sneaky, fraudulent, underhanded, unethical

Odpowiedź od Swole Panda
Dear Richard,
We appreciate your feedback and apologize for any confusion or frustration caused. We understand that you were expecting a one-off 3-month sock gift subscription, and we apologise for any inconvenience caused by the delayed deliveries.
Regarding the automatic renewal, we would like to clarify that during the checkout process, it is clearly shown that there is an option to choose between a one-off subscription or a repeating subscription. We understand that you may have missed this detail, and we apologise for any lack of clarity in our communication.
We would like to emphasise that we take customer satisfaction seriously, and we strive to provide a positive experience for all our subscribers. We are proud to share that we have received over 3500+ 5-star reviews ( https://www.swolepanda.com/pages/reviews ) and we have more than 1000 subscribers who have never encountered a negative experience with our service.
I can see that even though you received 6 months worth of socks, your subscription has been cancelled and monies refunded without question. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
When ordering from us in the future, we suggest checking the order confirmation page.
Kind regards

Outstanding socks…
Purchased a mixed pack of these socks (I normally use another brand) and I have to say these are the most comfortable, nicest socks in the draw. And outstanding customer service means I will shop here from now on. Thanks 👍

These are the best socks that I have…
These are the best socks that I have ever bought I love them so much that I now have 15 pairs, which I know is excessive, but I just love all the colours and the fit and length is perfect. They don’t ride down my legs like other socks did and they have kept there size, shape and colour unlike other bamboo ones that I have bought in the past.
