I got a good price - I spoke to Allie. She listenend to me patiently - She was very polite - made me feel important and made me feel as if she really was interested in listenning to what I had to say and what my concerns were - She made me feel as I was speaking to someone who sincerely cared about my financial situation - being a pensioner this attitude of Allie meant a lot to me

Great help finding the best provider. Easy to speak too. Answered all the questions I had about changing providers.

Eric was very smart and easy to deal with. He was very detailed so it took a while but will be worth it for the savings. If only Eric can manage my mortgage rates, council rate notices and water rates life would be a dream.

Helpful customer service and information to compare retail providers with value for money and individual preferences considered. Just a little tricky to hear at times with poor phone line quality distorted sound (microphone) and line cut in/out on occasion. Otherwise excellent.

I was blown away today by the level of service I received from the team at Switchify. I only changed energy retailers not long ago, but these guys got me the best possible deal with both my gas and electricity prices. Oliver discussed the options with me over the phone and I actually went with the retailers that Oliver recommended were the best ones to suit my needs. Oliver was very professional, explained everything to me in detail and even gave me a follow up call later in the day to confirm the arrangements. Easy process

Follow up is good. Some Consultants are not great help. Jack and Oliver are good assets to your company.
