Excellent service and a great experience
I had a really positive experience with Switchify. The process was simple and straightforward, and the team was professional, helpful, and easy to deal with. They made everything clear and were always happy to answer my questions.
I’m very happy with the service I received and would definitely recommend Switchify to others looking for a smooth and reliable experience.

professional, persistant patient

I wasn’t thinking about changing until everything was explained very carefully and got me thinking about how I thought our last 2 bills were expensive so it pays to listen. So I’m hoping I’ve made the right choice.

Polite made everything easy to understand was impressed with all of the communication we shared

The experience was truly good and useful. I got the all information clearly. The service was too good.

Sheree was quick and professional in providing us with a better plan for both gas and electricity. Happy with the service.

It’s helpful. And the staff is so patient with me.

The Switchify representatives were polite and respectful, and were able to explain the process and work with me to feel comfortable to make the switch.
As a more mature single woman, I am quite sceptical and anxious about online transactions.

Knowledgeable sales people

Jason your customer service was excellent and you were so patient with me whilst I had so many things going on within my household. You found me a plan that will save me lots of money in the future. Thank you for all your help and great service.

Very helpful, and got the best deal available to save me lots of money which is a huge help under the current economic environment.

I found the team to be highly knowledgeable and helpful. They took the time to explain my options clearly, and I now have a much better plan in place for both my gas and electricity. I especially appreciated their willingness to call me back at a time that suited my schedule, which made the whole process convenient and stress-free. Highly recommended.

Young man was very patient polite and very helpful letting me understand everything that I was now committing to great service

They are very nice and had a great experience with them
Thanks😊👍🏻

the patient and comprehensive details provided by the operator

It was annoying that I had to speak with 3 different people and repeat the same details over and over , such as time consuming

I was good experience talking to Oliver. He Cleary compared the electricity bill with other companies and helped me to get a cheaper company for my Bills. He is quite helpful and explains things clear.

The agent explained clearly the benefits, savings & the extra discount. I liked the honesty & the deal offered.
