The staff calling were extremely helpful with my situation of wanting to find a more affordable energy provider. They broke everything down for me to understand and walked me through it step by step. I now feel more comfortable knowing I will be able to afford my gas and electric without the financial stress. I’m very greatful.

They really help me out on my plans

Jason and Peter were amazing and very helpful. Thank you Jason for all the information you provided and helped me get better electricity and gas plans.

easy, simple and quick

Easy to switch on line, assistant was very helpful and patient, instructions clear and concise.

They were not pushy as some services are and were happy to call me back at an easier time for me and made the process of changing to a new energy provider really easy. Defintely one of the best services out there. They also don't try and call you every week or anything, just when there are new prices out there.

I’ve got everything I wanted in detail in one call, you’re all doing a great job helping and look out for customers who are in needed.

The customer service team was excellent throughout the process. Jennifer and Allie in particular guided me throughout the whole process, and were very patient as I waited for my new lease to come through. Kudos to them!

Well explained and good pricing given. Welldone!

They took the time to understand my needs, explained everything clearly, and provided practical guidance that gave me confidence in making the right decisions.

Explained well and kept their word when they said they would call back at a certain time

So easy to compare, the guy was super helpful guiding me to where I can look at my bill to find the correct numbers he needed to compare, all over great experience and thankyou for yr help

Allie made it easy. She was clear and patient.
She confirmed that I would save money on my gas, however, for my current electricity and NBN it was better for me to stay.

Was very helpful and explained how much of a discount on my bill I’d get excellent service and very polite

Helpful and quick service from expert Eric

Clear and well spoken dialogue. Straight to the point. Gave me a better plan than I was on.
