I initially left a negative review, but Paul Heywood reached out to explain the situation. It appears the mistake was on Royal Mail's side, not Switch 365's. I also received a thoughtful apology gift, which was very kind! Although I haven’t used Switch 365’s services yet, I can confidently recommend their excellent customer service!

We have received a fee for unpaid postage. As we were expecting several parcels, I assumed that one of our customers had not paid enough for the postage. As a result, I paid the fee, only to discover that it was for a leaflet from Switch 365. It is unacceptable that a potential customer has to cover the cost of your marketing materials!

Contacted by Dan Stoney, nice friendly guy with lots of patience cos I'm a stubborn old mule who's been had by other companies and been stuck in long contracts with high tariffs when prices have gone down but pleased to say he's got me a very good deal with british gas for 2 years so hopefully I'll be saving.

Ashley Calland, once again was able to save a vast amount of money on an electricity account that we inherited from our borough council. Fantastic service, really helpful and super quick to get the switch done.

Our Energy Analyst Dean Perkes is helpful and knowledgeable and as well as getting us a great deal on our energy and gas contracts, he also gives us valuable insight into trends in the market.

Ashley Burridge helpt me a lot to renew 3 contracts for our locations in the UK.
He always kept me updated and helped me compare the offers of different companies.
It was very nice to have some help with closing a contract and seeing how much we can save.
Very good experience and we would highly recommend and will use this service again next month.
