Genuinely amazing service

Genuinely amazing service. If you have any reservations about ordering from Swiss Horology, don’t worry about it.

Great dialogue before, during and after the transaction.

They even delivered the day before Xmas eve, despite me only placing the order two days prior.

Will definitely be using again.

Recommended.

DHL delivered to the wrong address but Swiss Horology saved the day by driving from London to Manchester to find it. Watch is as described. Fast comms. Would by from them again.

I bought a Hublot Spirit of Big Bang All Black trough Chrono24. Dia was really helpful, great customer service........Communication and service was excellent, and the watch arrived as expected. I highly recommend it.
