Amazing experience
I had an amazing experience with Swiss Horology. I sold my watch with Dia, who is extremely professional and knowledgable. The whole process took less than a day. I would definitely sell my watch without looking anywhere else in the future - and I’ve worked with a lot of stores in London. They’re extremely trustworthy and reliable. Their prices are the best in the market. I would highly recommend them for either selling or buying a watch and would work them them again 1000%.

First expensive watch purchase - Perfect experience
I bought my first expensive (for me) watch from Swiss Horology via Chrono24 and the process was as painless as it could ever be.
I sent a message via Chrono24 to them at 5:35 in the morning and I had a response before 11, on a bank holiday.
I proceeded with the purchase, the payment took about a day to verify via Chrono24, and on Tuesday the watch was shipped out and on its way to me.
It arrived on the Wednesday, was exactly as described. All in all, can't complain. They have good ratings for a reason.
I won't hesitate purchasing from them in the future.

impeccable customer service
The team at Swiss Horology were absolutely fantastic. I bought my first luxury watch with them and I couldn’t have had a better experience,
I couldn’t get the watch I wanted via authorised dealers for various reasons so I looked at purchasing via professional dealers. I found the watch I wanted via Chrono24 and contacted Swiss Horology directly to discuss the purchase. I was apprehensive and slightly nervous as this was my first purchase through this channel, but Swiss Horology were absolutely brilliant throughout the process. Responded to my messages promptly, offered alternative options and even discussed how best to insure the watch. It’s evident that they actually appreciate watches and this is not simply a transactional business for them.
They went above and beyond, even messaging a few days after purchase to check in and see if was enjoying the watch and if there was anything else they could help with.
This was my first purchase with Swiss Horology and they’ll be the first dealer I message when I want to make my next purchase. Thanks!
