Swiss Chalet Recenzje 

We ordered takeout today from Swiss Chalet, Woodlawn Rd., Guelph On. The chicken legs were scrawny and dried out, even the skin was adhered to the dry chicken. The fries were overcooked and dry. I felt we get yesterday's chicken because it could not be considered fresh. The price has gone up way too much and the quality is very poor.

I ordered Swiss Chalet honey garlic wings last night and what arrived can be best described as fossils. 80% of the wing was like a hardened sap and pebble coating. If you are lucky you may find a trace of overfried chicken jerkie on the bone. It seems more and more restaurants these days have dropped their quality in favour of profits. I think I will donate the wings to our local paleontology location for fossil study.

Everything some parts of order not there and no sides or utensil. This happens all the time at the store on Stavenger DriveNL.

Swiss Chalet Belleville! Thought I would give them another try after the last horrendous time. I had to wait almost a hour for that order. This time I ordered online with a scheduled pick up time. Well needless to say, this will be my last time that I order from there. I ended up waiting 15 minutes after my scheduled time. While waiting for my order I watched someone (who I found out) had a later pick up time than mine, get their order before me. I asked the cashier when mine would be coming and all she could do was shrug her shoulders and smile at me. After receiving my order, the food was not worth waiting for. The fries were cold and most of the skin was missing on the chicken. If you want a good hot meal, don’t order takeout from here.This’ll be the last time ordering from Swiss Chalet.

My son - ordered the spring roll appetizer, and the 12 wing dinner.
I didn’t look at his menu. The waitress told me it didn’t include fries so I ordered some. Later I learned it indeed is supposed to have fries. And coleslaw as well as veggies. . He didn’t get coleslaw either.
After we were informed there were no spring rolls. Fine life happens. I didn’t know she meant instead of the wing dinner. she brought him a plate with 5 wings. I told her he ordered the 12 wing dinner, so she brought out 10 more?? Why?

Me-I have celiac disease so I asked if the fries are fried separately from breaded products like some places do. She didn’t know so I said I would order baked potato, but if the fries are safe please change my order to fries.
She came and told me the fries were safe but since she already ordered the potato it was too late to get fries and I could share with my son. (6.5’ 24 year old farm hand needs to share fries?) at that point he hadn’t got his wings yet.

— I got the bill on which they charged for the spring rolls. I paid before I read the receipt.

— I was given by the manager a refund for the spring rolls plus tax and was told 10 chicken wings plus fries cost the same as the chicken wing dinner so I would get no further refund.

I don’t know what I should expect. I did not want to make a scene in front of customers. We eat at swiss chalet every where we go because of my celiac disease, and have never been treated this way.

My order was just under 80. I think his dinner, or even mine too, since I didn’t get the fries, should have been free or discounted at least.

The server was friendly. I won’t fault her with slow service as there were not enough serving staff for the number of customers.

But to get so much wrong is unbelievable.
If I could rate no stars I would.

We were on our way to Ottawa and stopped by at Swiss Chalet, Brockville. Ms. Beth B served us and we were very much impressed with her excellent services.
Very friendly, polite and professional
Food was great and chicken was very moist
This is our second time and hope to continue having our dinner when we plan to go to Ottawa

I thought I would be proactive and go directly to the store in Lindsay ON to place orders (early by 3 hours) for Father's Day dinner that I was hosting. I figured they'd be busy so I thought I'd beat the rush. Firstly, they wouldn't let me do that. Then I called the store at 4:30 pm. The store told me there was no chicken left for dinners. I am now stuck with 6 people for dinner and no meals. This has happened before. It will not happen again as I refuse to order from Swiss Chalet ever again.

Went for the rib and chicken fest what a joke. The chicken leg was the size of my baby finger and the 4 bone ribs were even smaller. The chicken was over cooked and as hard as a rock. Maybe got 2 ounces of meat combined. The server was excellent though there was no one in the restaurant. Great service horrible food. The server told me that there is new owners, and you can sure tell I will never go back.

I went to Swiss Chalet in Ancaster and was served by Hannah. She provided great service. She was friendly and professional.

went to 735 Wonderland Rd N, London location Thurs June 1, 2023 & ordered the special chicken & ribs dinner for each of us. The ribs were tough & had no flavour except for the maple bbq sauce that was washed over the top. Definitely not fall off the bone. Waste of $50, I can prepare the frozen ones from Costco & actually have a good dinner.

drive thru. Service was very good with very friendly staff at the Innisfil location of Swiss Chalet and Harvey's shoppe. Picked up a Chicken & Rib special dinner. Then I arrived home and dished out the food it was cold, ribs were overcooked to the point of having very little edible meat on the bones. Baked potato was dry like it was yesterday's extras. Skin was not cooked on the chicken. I was very disappointed with the comparison of the meal I bought and how it appears on the commercials.

For some reason the location in my area doesnt have double leg anymore. But i can get 2 quarter dinners. Unreal! Not ordering swiss chalet anymore

I ordered the stir fry which I guess is only on in the summer. It was a chicken stir fry and the chicken in the dish was all dark meat, hard pieces that appeared to be cut up chicken legs. I expected that this kind of dish would be white meat. Very disappointed in this. The server was very nice which is the reason I gave some stars

My husband and I were “left out” a while for service and then came to us the beautiful Noor with a charm that made us feel like we own the restaurant ! Best waitress with all the qualities to spread happiness around her !
She is absolutely a joy, so patient, caring and kind !
That restaurant hired a Jewel , bless her heart !

We love our server named Nura who is currently working at a Mississauga location - what an amazing person she is is. She always greets us with a smile and a hug and we always get excellent service from her. She is so awesome that we’ve followed her from 2 other locations she worked at that were closed down and we’ve gone to SC more often because of her. We hope she gets hired at the new Mississauga location that is currently being built at the Meadowvale Town Centre as she will be nothing but a great asset for them.

Maria was a great host very friendly and curtious I especially love her sence of humor she was very quick with our service in every respect and was very patient with my husband and his little joking around while we were being seated and she even went along with him and is joking in a friendly manner all around it was as always a good dinner with great service

We enjoyed our experience at Swiss chalet. We heard that they are looking at closing down the franchise and we were very sad about that because I’ve been going to Swiss chalet since I was a child. We had an amazing server named Katerina and she stayed late just to keep us company. She was really delightful. The food was great too on top of the service. Overall it was a great experience at Swiss chalet. I recommend it to others!

Ordered the new shrimp meal and found the shrimp undercooked and chewy - not much flavour. Not worth the price or experience to reorder.
