Ich hab durch diese Bestellung das erste mal von Swiship gehört. Scheint irgendwie zu Amazon Logistics zu gehören. Die Trackingnummer hat auch das gleiche Format (DExxxxxxxxxx).
Laut Tracking wurde das Paket an einem sicheren Ort abgelegt.
Welcher das sein soll? Keine Info.
Ich habe das ganze Grundstück abgesucht und alle Nachbarn gefragt. Keiner hat etwas gesehen.

Service zu Swiship nicht zu finden.
Amazon kontaktiert: Keine Auskunft möglich.
Seit 4 Tagen suche und warte ich auf das angeblich zugestellte Paket.

Absolute joke of a company, made no attempt to deliver my parcel but claimed they left it with reception when they never came near my house which I could prove as I have four cameras looking down the drive and around my house. Meant I had to get into an arguement with my supplier who as far as they were concerned had fulfilled their order as the courier claimed they did. I asked for proof of the delivery and the courier sent a Google map with a tag showing the end of my road so not even showing that they came to my house. I would never use this company ever.

Didn’t bother to buzz, just left it outside of my building at 9PM. By the time I saw on tracking that it had arrived, at 11am the following day I checked and it was GONE. Have had to ask for a replacement and file a police report.

Absolute disgrace of a company that should not be used by anyone. No way to contact them either, just so shady. These guys make the likes of Evri look like angels, utterly disgusting.

Said it was delivered but it wasn't and I tried to contact them and would you believe it they don't have anyway what so ever to contact them and tell them they f*cked up

Zusteller behauptet, ich hätte die Annahme verweigert. Er hat aber keine Nachricht hinterlassen, dass er da war, wo und wann die Sendung abgeholt werden kann. Es gibt auch keine Möglichkeit online eine Zustellvereinbarung abzuschließen (Abstellgenehmigung, Nachbarn).
Fazit: Hände weg von dieser Firma!

Tried to ‘deliver’ package twice though no trace of any attempt (despite wife being in on both occasions and ‘looking out’). Very frustrating as no way to contact through ‘tracking app’ and worse - on looking up contact details, the address returned an error. Would avoid if you can as the companies that use this carrier also seem to have trouble dealing with them - we are no closer to getting our stuff! Hopefully the companies keeping this carrier afloat will go elsewhere. Update - the company I purchased items from also cannot contact the carrier and are about to send a third time.

I needed to sign for the package, but it was never offered at my home. It still says it is delivered, but there is no way to contact them, and no way to see who actually signed for my package.

Nie ein Paket erhalten. Kontaktaufnahme für 20 Cent die Minute um das zu klären, sehe ich nicht ein.

Waiting for a package from ebay delivery is with amazon swiship it was dispatched 4 days ago said would be delivered next day it did not come tracking stuck for 2 days have emailed them twice supposed to come today still about 160 miles away when I have emailed the just keep asking me to contact the seller. Just an update pack finally arrived it seem to have been everywhere but came in the end

No delivery from Swiship (shitship more appropriate). They said delivery was left with neighbour but never stated what neighbour and no calling card either. The items were not delivered. This company are not incompetent,they are crooked and need investigating. The company I purchased from are now backwards and forwards with emails yet I still haven't received a thing. £350 down the tubes. Any company that uses swiship should be boycotted, only buy from companies that use reputable courier companies like DPD, DHL etc. EUFY UK are complicit on this too

If I could give a minus it would be -100 ... Tracked 'delivery' driver on my cameras and he never came near my house but ' package delivered ' now the host company is blaming Amazon and vice versa... Meanwhile I have nothing... Give any company (Ultamea) a swerve

As title, they sent the package (book folder) to wrong place and said sent to mailbox, but my package definitely cannot fit in mailslot.

Luckily the neighbour sent me back in person, he is a good man.

To retailers, NEVER use this carrier AGAIN, it does not worth risking your money and customers.

Was home all day, I had no delivery. Apparently it got delivered to a neighbour. Doesn’t say which neighbour. My ring cctv confirms no delivery has been made.

Trying to get a refund from the company I bought from.

Pakete nie angekommen. Über Temu bestellt, kannten den Versandienstleister gar nicht. Zwei Pakete unauffindbar, obwohl angeblich zugestellt.
Zum Glück haben wir unser Geld wieder bekommen.

They say that they delivered a packet on the front patio even though were were home.
They did not knock and now it seems like the packet was stolen.

Mir ist das selbe passiert. obwohl ich zu Hause war wurde einmal ein Zustellversuch unternommen in Wien dann angeblich ein zweiter am nächsten Tag, in meiner Stadt angeblich beim Nachbarn, doch da war, dank Kamera, den ganzen Tag kein Lieferauto zu sehen. Meiner Meinung ist das eine bedenkliche Abteilung. Nachforschung zwecklos, ich hoffe diese Organisation verschwindet wieder von der Oberfläche!

Paket sollte zum Paketshop geliefert werden. Kam angeblich an.. beim Nachbarn ?? 😂 absoluter Scam. Vorsicht!!
