love what I ordered great customer service

Easy, Simple

Patient and kind salesperson for a unique situation. And hopefully we found an answer. I will see when goggles arrive.

This was my first time ordering a swimsuit from SwimOutlet, and it exceeded my expectations! Not only were the swimsuits on sale, they had a great online tool to help me figure out my size. I am in-between a 36 and a 38, and the online tool suggested I order a 38. I placed the order on a Monday, and it arrived 2 days later (not an expedited order). The 2 one piece suits I ordered fit perfectly! I can't wait to wear them for lap swimming at my local pool.

Y'all had my item in stock. You shipped it quickly. It got here before I needed it. Thanks for being so reliable!

There was a wide selection of items and prices. I would have liked, when looking at a bikini top, to also see options for matching bottoms on the same page.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with SwimOutlet. I placed an order for swimming shorts for my son on May 20, 2026, and as of June 8, 2026, I still have not received the order.

My son is on a swim team, and the swim season is already nearly halfway over. The shorts were needed for the season, and the long delay has made this purchase almost useless.

When customers place an order, they expect it to arrive within a reasonable timeframe. Waiting nearly three weeks without receiving the item is unacceptable. This experience has caused significant inconvenience and frustration for our family.

Based on this experience, I do not consider SwimOutlet to be a reliable retailer. I am very disappointed and will not be purchasing from them again.

I was sending a swim suit to my daughter in CA and the address was correct except it said Avenue instead of Boulevard and the suit was returned much to my daughter's and my disappointment. After realizing the error I contacted Swim Outlet and their Customer Service team quickly corrected the address and has reshipped the suit to my daughter. I can't say enough good things about this company and their service integrity. I have ordered from them for a number of years and their quality of product remains outstanding. Thank you for making my daughter a happy girl. ❤️

Great selection of suits and a good price. However I had an issue with a store credit. Both the AI and finally the customer support person kept asking me to log in and out. clear my cache, make sure my computer was up to date. Not once did the option of their system being a problem. Finally I just asked if the CS person could process the order. After sitting there for 10 minutes (she had said give me a moment) she said she was having an issue with some yoga account was interfering. Interestingly, I do not have said yoga account. As much as I try to avoid amazon or full price and retailers stores I will not be renewing my Swimoutlet membership.

Great deals by getting a $5 Swim Outlet membership for the year. Due to the membership one receives an additional discount as high as 25% on products. The prices are excellent especially w/ the additional discount . The quality of the products are high, which I have gotten in the past so I'm glad to be back.

Buyer beware!! I bought swim bottoms which came in a tiny package 4”x6”. The price was $19.26 By the time they added shipping & tax it was $27.26.
They did not fit so I returned them. They did not refund the shipping either way & I ended up receiving only $14.27 just for trying their product. A loss of almost $13.
So if you’re not positive the items from Swimoutlet will fit……don’t order unless you are prepared to take a loss.

Ordering is so easy, everything was in stock! And I got a shipping notification the next day.

There were a lot of options and the prices were excellent. My first time buying a skin suit and I felt very comfortable with my purchases.
