We have been dealing with Adam from swimart getting equipment replaced.
Adam is friendly and hard working...but besides his great communication skills,he is very knowledgable and so easy to deal with.
We have been so happy!!!

Our pool and surrounding tiled area has been transformed from a tired, chipped and worn out mess to a delightful, fresh and relaxing haven thanks to the excellent team from Swimart Frenchs Forest with Brandon and Rebecca at the helm.
We are so delighted with the outcome, it has exceeded our expectations and come in bang on budget.
The terrific team of tilers scraped out all the cracked, stained and worn grout then regrouted the whole pool deck area. They replaced broken and chipped tiles and professionally cleaned the whole area so our 30 year old tiles look like new. (They even fixed an uneven edge from our driveway at no cost).
The pool lighting was replaced and now works perfectly so we can enjoy the pool at night as much as we do during the day.
Finally, the old cracked and worn pebblecrete pool surface was removed and replaced giving the pool a glorious facelift, it looks amazing and so fresh and clean.
The communication was excellent from the first phone call to the final inspection. We were given great advice along the way, all the different tradies were reliable and thoughtful and obviously experts at their trade.
Brandon has supported and advised us to ensure we keep the pool looking brilliant for years to come. He obviously loves his job and genuinely wants us to feel 100% happy with the work his team did, which we do.
Bring on Summer we can’t wait to enjoy our beautiful pool and would recommend Swimart Frenchs Forest to anyone considering a pool update and renovation without hesitation.

This morning I visited my regular store in frenchs Forest .
I hadn’t been there since February this year.
Bonnie seemed to know what her job was and was very helpful and explained everything to me.
On the other hand the gentlemen working with her wasn’t as efficient.
I don’t want to put him out of a job or anything like that but he said to me....I’ll have to ask Bonnie before I explain what you may need.
He just seemed a bit confused.
Anyhow I did ask after Brandon and do miss those friendly faces .

Service was good. We got very different results less than 24 hours between samples.

Impressive customer service to recommend great solutions for our pool issues.
