I had massive problems with calibration. I flicked the sticks on the RC as often before, but nothing happened. I am from Austria. So I called in the UK. The Support was great, quick, patient and very competent. Now everything works fine. thx a lot

I reached out to Swellpro Uk when my Spry+ motors wouldn’t engage or respond to the controller. They answered very quickly & after looking at a screenshot of the info on the controller they immediately diagnosed the problem. It needed a firmware update & when I didn’t know how to install it they got back with all info needed & a small vid to help me .. I found dealing with Swellpro UK easy with their friendly professional manner .. would highly recommend them 😀
Now looking forward to fly my drone once again ..

It is the second time I have to comment about Swellpro UK.
I have to admitt that I am not an expert and I had to press them with countless questions in order to put things in order and bypass a quite complicated (at least for me) issue. Although they had nothing to do with me as a client (I did not buy the drone from them) they were next to me until we succesfully solved the problem and now I can FLY.

I planned a fishing holiday over christmas and I was interested in a Swellpro fishing drone, so I contact swellpro uk told them of my plans they supplied me with all the information I needed through out the purchase & delivery period they even replied to an email while I was on holiday with an hour !
The Swellpro Fishing drone: what a fantastic piece of kit. plug & play, we had so much fun flying it , if your into beach or rock fishing contact these guys you will not be diappointed if purchase one of these drones.

You sent us white patch antennas which do not look like the equivalent quality to the black patch antennas as advertised on your website. They look quite flimsy, light and poor quality. I will be testing them but most likely I will be returning them.

The other items look fine.

Just enquired about an item and they confirmed they had it in stock but started making me offers of discount if I paid via bank transfer. Then later said we have the item but haven’t listed it on our site. I don’t know if I want to sell it. Seriously!!! All I wanted was an item that I want to buy in a genuine way.

Nicholas was great. Quick to answer questions and very helpful. Customers service skill so good. If I need another drone i will be contacting him for sure.

After having trouble getting real information relative to our climate overseas, not just generalised information on storage of batteries from Swellpro China, Swellpro UK are a cut above the rest. I can't praise Swellpro enough in terms of their customer support.

I am a member of the IRC (International Rescue Corps) which is a charitable organisation, volunteering in search and rescue.

The model we have is the Swellpro 3+ (Complete with lifesaving kit) which we used recently during a joint exercise with the local fire service. The fire service were carrying out a mock cliff rescue off the east coast of Fife in Scotland and we provided vital Drone Support, filming from the seaward side, facing back towards the cliffs.

The Swellpro 3+ proved invaluable as we were able to communicate directly with the fire service as some parts of their rescue Op were blind to the operators on the cliff edge, and they couldn't praise the Swellpro enough.

We have found that whenever we have had any issues or queries, the Swellpro Customer Support team are absolutely second to none. They are friendly, helpful and incredibly knowledgeable and have always answered every query/question I have thrown at them :-)

During a recent training Op, one of the newest members of the team took flight with the Drone but unfortunately, due to lack of experience shall we say, the SwellPro sustained some damage.

We subsequently contacted Swellpro and duly sent the damaged Drone for assessment and repair. They kept in constant contact with us whilst it was in their care and advised us of estimates and any other repairs required that they found at the time.

The turnaround time was within two days of receipt of the Drone and was mailed back to us post-haste.

Swellpro UK were able to answer all of my questions before I purchased via email and their after sales support since has been top notch (I decided to purchase their waterproof tablet later on) When the drone arrived (SD4) I took it straight out onto the lake and got some incredible footage just above the water and underneath it. A very unique drone, and can get shots that I simply could not get with my DJI drone. Would highly recommend this drone.

A phenomenal piece of kit. Simple, easy and effective. Pure jealousy from every other fisherman on the beach. More importantly it caught fish, bigger fish than usual. Very glad I bought the spare battery as I had so much activity I was using it more than I expected. 30 mins flight time goes quickly.
