I ordered 4 products from this company. They only sent two. They refuse to send the other two. Basically stole $50 from me. Their items are cheap, which makes it appealing, but the two items I did receive also look very cheap. Do not waste your money. This is a fraud company. I ordered in April and today, June 21, 2023, they say they will not send my money back to me.

Can't give a zero. Ordered 3 dresses 5 werks ago which I never received. No communication from them regarding delivery or reply to email. This company is a scam.

This company is a scam. Never got my dress I ordered and they never replied to any of my emails, I gave them plenty of time and multiple opportunities, eventually went to my card provider for a charge back.

THIS SITE IS A SCAM! I ordered 3 dresses from them, received none of them. They pulled the bait and switch and sent me an ugly top instead (which I never ordered). I emailed numerous times with no response. Finally got a response today telling me to keep the top (which is useless to me) and they'll give me a $10 refund, but still no dresses! The 3 dresses were over $100 US. Please do not buy anything from them.

They did not delivered me the 2 dresses i ordered, but only one. The customer service is a bot or AI with a message. No one gives a s***... I feel like being swindle. Last time I ordered from there.

I bought 2 dresses 6 weeks ago. Never received a confirmation email and have not received the dresses. Don't buy from this company, it has to be a scam. You will be giving them your money without receiving anything in return.

I placed a order May 6. It has been a nightmare!
After 2 weeks I contacted them to ask about my order, they said it will be coming. 1 week later they said it has been sent. I found that they had not sent my order and closed my account! I will be going to my bank to see what they can do. This company is a rip off!

Ordered a dress, at first it looked fine. After a few days, my order page just returned a 404 page, and i contacted customer support.
They asked me to wait 7 days and they should fix it.
After 7 days, I did get a tracking number but it was just "shipping information received" and it didn't update.
I contacted paypal and asked them for a refund, and when they got aware of that, they just kept nagging about me pulling back the complaint, and then I'll get a refund. However, since they lied several times to me, I didn't trust them on that and let PayPal handle it for me.
(Ordered the dress April 19th and it got resolved today)

One star because I cannot give 0. Ordered a few items a few weeks ago and it does not look like I'm going to get anything. I've already asked for a refund several times, with no luck.
I'll have to speak to my bank to retrieve the payment.

HORRIBLE! Reached out to customer service because I got an email asking how I liked my purchase! Ordered a dress over a month ago and NEVER got my purchase. Been trying to contact them every day! Do NOT buy from this company. You do your part and pay and they don’t do their part and deliver the merchandise. We will take this to the next level. I need my merchandise or my money back! I can’t give them enough 1 stars.
