I fell in love with sweetgreen in Schaumburg and started spending crazy money there. Recently I have been so sad to see how the quality has dropped. My last three orders were so bad. I kept hoping it was just an off day, but three times in a row is no coincidence. Food that should be hot is cold. The caramelized steak used to taste heaven-sent and now it is dry and worse than something my ten year old would make. Regret spending so much but lesson learned, will not be back.

I was shocked by the manager’s behaviour. The person filming appeared to be standing on a public pavement, yet the manager approached them in an aggressive and confrontational manner. Whether or not the manager believed there was an issue, the situation could have been handled professionally and respectfully. Watching this has left me with a very negative impression of the business.

That manager needs sacking. Just watch a famous travel youtuber with 655,000 Subscribers get accosted by this guy for just taking a video NOT on his property but the sidewalk. Absolute Stupidity. No way to act..... SACK the fool

The staff don't make you feel welcome. They seem on a pedestal.

Avoid at all cost , the manager will be the end of this business, vile human being who needs his hard drive checking

I love Sweet Green! Their salads and bowls are delicious and fresh. I love their dressings! I’ve ordered from them three times in the last two weeks. One bowl last three meals for me and the lettuce is still fresh on the third go around! It can be a little pricey, if you add extras, but that’s a personal choice and not necessary as there are so many ingredients in each bowl. Hope they open more of these stores!

Stay away from Sweetgreen. When you order food online, they require you to work with AI and it is very frustrating. They will not allow you to speak to a real person. Good luck to you if you need to change a delivery date. I will never order from them again. Save yourself some frustration and move on to another location. You will be happy you did so. I only gave a one star to write this review, it should be nothing.

Wow..Sweet Green use to be my favorite fast healthier food..ordered last night for my family and the food was very disappointing..the quality of food has declined..from chips that taste like cheap bagged chips bread that was obviously a cheap bagged brand..nothing tasted fresh....we will not be eating here anymore. A lot of money for a crappy meal!

absolutely garbage corporate slop. wont even let a homeless women eat her food inside when someone else is paying for it. refused another living person water in her hardest moments and made her sit outside to eat her food. do better. be better. stop letting corporate monsters dictate whether you can be a good person or not.

not offering the lady water when she asked is evil, but whats worse is you treated her like scum by making her wait outside when a gentleman offered to buy her food and water from your establishment. Absolutely pathetic.

I think this corporation has to take a look at their employee! Telling a lady, a human being she has to wait outside is absurd! He couldn’t even give her water? She’s a person not trash. If this is how this company operates, I will never go into any of your locations. This employee is a disgrace to human life. I can only hope he gets his what he deserves and that’s fired and never works in any other food industry again! Congratulations he made your establishment famous! Too bad it wasn’t for the good. Do better Sweet Greens!

NO, they made the lady wait outside

That lady cant have a water or eat food that is paid for in your stores then you cant have 5 stars trash food anyways over priced rabbit food

I use them all the time, mostly ordering on the app for delivery. Great customer service when there is an issue, and the product is great.

Nasty HAIR in my salad and they refused to refund or even discuss. Disgusting dirty food!

Really disappointed in their allergen safety claims. In one hand they encourage folks with allergies to come and then in another breath they say they’re not safe. WHICH IS IT?!

My Harvest Bowl was mostly kale with barely any chicken or sweet potato, making it feel like a very expensive side salad. For the premium price they charge, the inconsistent portions and messy assembly just aren't worth the trip anymore.

I've enjoyed Sweetgreen salads for years, but now there is a new ordering system and it sucks. You go into a store and order at a computer. I'd like to just interact with a person, as I did before. It can't be that much more efficient for the workers and it's much less efficient and nice for me.

Also, the "medium" dressing used to be a great amount, but today, my salad had so much dressing on it, I can't even taste anything else. And it's badly mixed too. Not sure if this is bad automation or what, but it's really not something I want. Ordered from the store on Leesburg Pike in Tyson's, VA.
