If my circumstances change? What does that even mean for one, if they can’t even get me an explanation as to why the suspended my account? Never had no issues like that since I’ve started this online sweep casino journey…this is absolutely preposterous!!!

My first time playing with this platform, games were limited but good ones to choose from. Well organized site, easy to find what I wanna play. I was lucky enough to visit while the games were playing and payin! I hit for a few hundred and it seemed no matter what I played I’d go down only to come back to the same amount so I took that as a sign, cash out!! Did my KYC verification, connected my bank, and requested the winnings…now I wait, I’m sure, buy the looks of it, it’ll be there in a couple days! I’m sure excited. Will update to 5 stars after redemption is complete!

They are awful! I won 257.00 and got nothing! The site is basically a scam. They make it easy to spend money but when you try and redeem They ignored your request to verify your account. Then when you've had enough and feel ripped off and ask to close your account because of the fear of being scammed, they do so immediately and never bring up the fact they owe you. DO NOT PLAY THIS SITE

My experience was made amazing by the customer service I haven't found too many of these casino sites where the customer service is attentive and extremely kind they answered all the questions that I had made it a seamless process to join and if I had any questions they answered my emails in a timely manner. Okay, as I admitted in my previous message, that I would come back on here if either or when it comes to my redemption payment with Sweet Spot Casino..
And yes I received my redemption for $110 from Sweep Spot Casino!! They are in fact a legit Casino gaming site I trust them 100%. They were very attentive to my emails and this was my first time redeeming money from them it only took 2 days they said it could take five to seven and I got it in two days!! Lol!!
So any of y'all that have any doubts on this site they are legit and you will get your earnings as long as you go through the ID verification process and everything comes back okay there should be no problem I'm going to continue to play on this site thank you!!

Just another scam scumlord company like gains. They take your private, sensitive, personal info, thenI apparently take your payment info and IMMEDIATELY ban you with support saying "sorry, we can't tell you why, we just decided to based on us wanting to steal your card details and identity info because we are trash and will crumble as a business in record time and get sued to oblivion because we don't understand how to not be rancid cretins and scum"

Seen about 100 others have the same issue. If anyone has given them payment info, i STRONGLY recommend changing that card and getting a new one. Or it will almost assuredly end up being charged by them without your consent when they finally cash in on all the stolen info. Happens unfortunately often with scamsinos these days... You've been warned!

Half these garbage tier scam fest sweeps sites all do this. Its so bad and so obvious that youll even see the same fake mass printed usernames with copy paste reviews from the same people across most of them... But somehow scampilot cant figure it out... But LOVE to allow these scam fest sites to remove any negative review simply by paying a nice chunky subscription to trustpilot that trustpilot provably basically extorts businesses to buy or wreaks havoc on them and causes them absolutely monstrous issues if they dont. But if they pay... They unlock the super honest and fair ability to flag a review they dont like, and the scum pilot bot/1ndian call center troglodyte team-up will happily remove the review no questions asked. Well... Itll ask you to "send proof of dealings with reviewed business to keep your review up" and no MATTER what, how much, or how utterly what you send UNDENIABLY, OBJECTIVELY AND PROVABLY proves beyond ANY doubt your aforementioned dealings, the 45 combined IQ (bot score included) aforementioned dream team auto denies and deleted the review. Don't believe me? Try it yourself! Or just google "can trustpilot be trusted" and read the first 10 trillion search results... Thatll tell you pretty quick the undeniable answer to that 😂. Its all such a despicable joke. Scampilot extorts scam "companies" from some long forgotten swamp creature land like 1nd0nes1a so they can further successfully scam others by scampilot allowing any reviews to be removed without question or limit, and fake bought good reviews to get pumped in, tricking any of the extremely few people left (thankfully) that dont know scampilot is the biggest fraud trash in existence.

I won from the initial sign up bonus and went to put a redemption in. The KYC verification weirdly made me use a different device to verify myself. I scanned the QR code in my other device and went through the KYC process. After I went through the process it sent me back to the site. NEVER TOLD ME IF I PASSED THE VERIFICATION PROCESS. Let’s see if these guys are foreal. I’ll update shortly.
