It took about 20 days but I got the money that I cashed out. Everyone is saying negative things about them but I got my redemption just be patient and they will pay you.

I was playing on sweepslots casino on April 3rd and hit the bonus of all 3 pigs and won $31...and didn't receive any of it at all it just disappeared..I contacted them right then. on chat and submitted a ticket.. tthey just sent a message that they were offline .and then I finally got them on chat the next day and they said I needed a screenshot of the bonus .and to pull my gameplay up which I had already tried and there is no gameplay at all that is showing on my account....I don't think that is the right way to do business.... And I would not recommend playing there. .

I put in a redemption for 100 around 2 months ago, after a few attempts to contact support, and checking in online with their social accounts and reviews left, I have to conclude that it was always a poor choice to spend money here.

This company does not pay redemptions to anyone, read enough reviews and the reality will start to show. Unless you are donating more than you win. If you win more than you deposit you will never see it.

I won $100 & TRIED redeeming on March the 3rd or 4th. I STILL haven’t got that $100 dollars. Support is always quick 2 answer my questions, which is a plus, but they change their answers each time I ask the same question. It’s been a month now. If a place can’t cash u out, & it being ONLY $100 dollars, that’s the biggest issue a casino can have. That’s why I give em 1 star. They 1st told me that it would be within 5-7 business days. Then when that time lapse, they told me it had been recently changed to 15 business days. “Bc of a back log of redemptions.” So, when that time was up, I contacted support, & they told me 15-20 business days. & it is either the 20th business day, or tomorrow is. I will contact them tomorrow & see what they say then. This is absolutely RIDICULOUS THO! 1 of the absolute WORSE platforms I’ve played on. JUST on this issue alone. Everything else is decent. Oh! & I have verified everything i possibly could & had no issues with any of that. I’m verified. I just can’t get paid the money I won. If they pay me, I’ll come write another review say saying so. Been waiting on only a $100 redemption that was placed on Feb 4th. 2025. Love playing on the site but i dont know if i can expect to be payed out at this point. Would love to change my review if i ever receive my money from them, still hopeful they can change.

Will gladly take your money but will delay your payout for months, always stringing you along that it is in processing, until your Trustly connection with your bank account times out through the site (since it's been months since you inputted your info for the withdrawal). Then they will cancel your withdrawal indicating that they couldn't process your bank details. Complete scam, you will never get your money.

I recently started playing. I love the games and exciting play on this site. I've just verified and waiting on my first redemption. I was excited and could really use my winnings.

They stole my money I was literally on the website and made deposits as I was playing they said they aren’t serving my area anymore and I been asking for my money that I had in my account and they are ignoring my emails and have not responded back to my email.

This is far and away the biggest scam site in regards to casinos I have ever seen. Under no circumstances should you ever sign up for this site. Waiting since 1/30 for a redemption. Customer service is non existent and completely useless. They have no clue how long the backlog is or when they will get to redemptions except that they process them in the order they are received.

I won before back in 2024. They had to verify my account twice, and I had to fill out a tax form. Their customer service is horrible and clearly non-existing! Their tax form came to me from a GMAIL account! When I won a redeemable amount for the third time, they refused to pay up and needed an invasive verification! They wanted me to take a picture of my credit card, multiple statements, and an id. I’m never buying from them again or playing. There are several other platforms that don’t do any of these scammy tactics!

Well I originally canceled my first redemption after about 25 days so I said well I might as well play try to win more and see if they have everything fixed by then well I did end up winning more another 110 sweeps so I set my redemption at 210 sweeps and they said my account has been verified and I will be paid in one to five business days well those 5 days past then they said their policy changed to 15 business days well we are currently on the 16th business day and they are saying they are backlogged. I truly don't know what to say about these cluckers except don't give them a damn penny. I don't know what to do about this I think it is pretty small to get a lawyer but in all honesty I would want to do it just out of principle. I've had a redemption waiting to be approved since February 14, 2025 and it has not been approved. I have put in multiple tickets with their help center and haven't received a single response.

I redeemed money and I still haven't received it. The site now no longer services my state-which is fine but send me my winnings or refund my purchases because otherwise you're just scamming people. I reached out to support last week and they straight up ignored my emails. I put my transaction ID as my ticket number below. If they reach out to me and award the winnings or send me a refund I'll remove the review.

I've been with this platform going on 2 years. Have loved every minute of it. Ive redeemed multiple times. Its not the fastest redemption times but they do pay out. Id give it 5 stars if redemptions were faster
