Ordered a few items. Only 2 turned up. Sent multiple emails to find out where the rest were or get a refund but no reply.

If you are looking quality replica shirts do not use this site. They shorted my order and never offered an explanation. They do not have all the shirts they advertise. I am now on my third chaser for a refund and being ignored. They email address doesn't take replys and the website contact is designed to put you off. Basically they stole my money by not refunding non delivered shirts and the shirts they did deliver were just poor. Stay away.

Quality is poor at best and the sizing is ridiculous. Ordered female size M. My 9 year old couldnt even get it on. I used the online form to request a return and exchange but have received no response. Emails are bouncing back, and I am now £50 out of pocket. Very disappointing customer service and overall experience. DO NOT USE!

Ordered from this company twice, both orders arrived however very delayed and as another reviewer advises, there is no updates on dispatch etc.

I foolishly did read the reviews. Placed an order and nothing. I've emailed but it keeps bouncing back saying does exist. I glad I only ordered one. Lesson learned.

I ordered 6 shirts in total, 4 arrived, but 2 didn’t - the 4 that did arrived were fake despite the website stating 100% Original. Thankfully paid through PayPal and managed to get a refund for the complete order.

Bought 2 shirts from these .no update on despatch but really pleased when they arrived about 3 weeks after ordering. I ordered another 2 and about same delivery time.they look and feel decent to me but will see when I give them as a gift

Stay clear !!! Waited 6 weeks and heard nothing from this shop ! I contacted them to enquire where my order was … I heard nothing back !
Luckiky I paid with PayPal so was able to get back the money I lost !
Bottom line … NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SHOP

I ordered my Two Shirts on 06 Sept, the first one eventually turned up 5 weeks later, reasonable quality especially for the price paid, I have now sent 13 email to this company to ask if I may get my other Shirt, or if I should just order next years to see which comes First, there are possibly other companies out there use them!

Avoid at all costs. Ordered a Lions Shirt in July. It never arrived as promised and customer service do not reply to emails, plus there is no phone number.
Thankfully my credit card company reimbursed me.
Then weirdly, the shirt arrived, but it's a poor quality copy and is definitely not the one advertised. Wish I'd read the reviews first.

I order various shirts from the British and Irish Lions range at the begining of August 2025 and 5 weeks later have not received anything. I registered online and they don't recognise my email address, but when I tried to re-registered it said already registered. I emailed them from the link provided with the invoice, no reply and from the website also no reply. I have reported them as a scam to the creditcard company used. Don't buy from this site unless you want to lose your money.

Absolutely avoid this company, wish I’d read the trust pilot reviews first. I brought and paid for an England top and shorts a few weeks ago. I’ve sent so many emails that have all been ignored. Not received anything. They’ve taken my money and gone!

After a few weeks I was getting annoyed I hadn’t heard anything from them. I had to start threatening them with the trading standards team and maybe that was the kick up the arse they needed. I messaged them through the email I got after ordering and through PayPal. Eventually I got an email saying it had been dispatched. I awaited to see if I’d receive it but yes I received it and my husband loves it! Thank goodness
Anyway just abit more communication that would help.
Yes the top was cheap but I honestly think it was worth the price but I don’t think I’d go through that again with this company.

One star is a compliment!!! Do not go near this company!! Shirts are awful quality and sizes are way off. Have been trying to return them for 3 weeks and despite double figure emails I am yet to receive a reply!! STAY AWAY!!!!

Where do I start? I am absolutely outraged by this company. I saw an advert by The Rugby Guy, so thought was legit. I ordered and after a couple of days went by I saw another post by The Rugby Guy stating they were using his videos and pictures without permission so I contacted customer service and requested to cancel my order, no response. I raised a dispute with PayPal, absolutely useless. Sweatkits decided to still ship my order after I requested to cancel for a full refund. Everything on their website is an absolute lie! Anyway, fast forward 3 weeks, my order arrived and they're the most obvious fakes ever! I submitted a load of evidence to PayPal to state they were fake and other reviews from various websites, for me to be told the shirts look 'similar' not the same, 'similar'. It's safe to say I got extremely frustrated. I still don't have my money back, I have requested sweatkits to come and collect the order for a full refund and nothing. I'm now down a lot of money with no resolution. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!

Everyone, do not buy a product from this company, they aren't legit, I bought an "England rugby shirt" for my partners 50th birthday. It was ordered the beginning of June , I had to contact PayPal 3 weeks later as it hadn't arrived. It then randomly arrived. The quality is not an England shirt, there's no England label , a size large was ordered and a child wouldn't get the top over there head. Never ever have I ordered a top where your head doesn't go through. It's a dodgy company , don't go there, I will be contacting trading standards to report them .

Bought a lions and Harlequins top from them. Took a while to arrive but not a problem. Pretty nice shirts.... for a midget. Bought XL but more like M. Tried to exchange or return but no one responds to multiple emails.

I ordered two jerseys about a month ago so delivery was alot longer than the website states I was being to think I was not going to receive anything. The two jerseys are completely different one I got as a gift for my nephew looks legitimate tags and all and great quality however the jersey I got for myself is a fake which is very disappointing however for the price I paid for the 2 jersey I still don't feel I lost out

I ordered a new Lions 2025 Rugby Jersey 14 May, and received email confirmation. Delivery was estimated between 2 and 5 days. After 6 days I sent an email requesting delivery information, no response, 3 days after that another request for information via their website, no response. Thankfully I paid via PayPal and created a dispute, which I escalated 01 Jun. Yesterday (10 Jun) my jersey finally turned up and was clearly a fake and completely different to the one advertised on their website, this was the last day before PayPal refunded me, I have no doubt if I’d paid by bank card I would be out of pocket and still have no jersey. I still to this day have received no correspondence other than my order confirmation, do yourself a favour and avoid like the plague.

TOTAL SCAM. DO NOT PAY THIS COMPANY ANY MONEY.
