Firstly, we do not kick or ban users from our Discord server without valid reasons. Some individuals were temporarily timed out, while others were banned for threatening, harassing, or sending bots to our Discord, which is not tolerated. We welcome questions and constructive feedback, but consistently being rude to our support staff crosses the line and may result in moderation actions.

Regarding the issues of high slippage and spread, we acknowledge that there have been challenges, and we have been actively working to address them. We always encourage affected traders to raise support tickets so we can resolve their issues promptly. Even if someone is banned from Discord, their payouts are not denied, and they can still open support tickets for assistance.

We are committed to providing a fair and transparent trading environment and value your feedback as we strive to improve our services.
