Bought an imported Volvo XC60 in excellent condition with low mileage and very good service history. Price was good value. Had it for 3 months now with no problems. Would buy from here again.

I bought a mini from Swan Motor Company last year. I cannot fault the service I have received. From the first test drive, to the aftersales service. I would happily buy from them again.

BUYER BEWARE! Not to be trusted. This dealership sold me a car with a dangerous fault. No thought for my safety or that of my children or other road users. Two months later and they have not resolved this. I am currently looking into taking a group action against them if they continue to try to stop me from exercising my right to return the vehicle and return my money - many people have similar issues with them. I regret being so trusting. No integrity whatsoever.

What went wrong....they sold me a car online that offered full service history and it came with none. After 20 mins driving smoke bellowed out of the bonnet but by then the delivery guy had gone. It turned out the fuel injectors were leaking and would cost me £1,000 to put right after I got a mechanic to look it over. He said it was really dangerous and there was no way they could have driven it from Peterborough to Leeds! They must have known about the problem. They argued thus sort of thing can happen, hah yeh except when I looked at the only paperwork left in the car it was most recent repair to fuel injectors which they'd obviously tried to quick fix and sell on. It was for my daughter who has kids and a baby and relied on a car to do school run, shopping etc so 2 weeks later -yes 2 weeks of arguing and trying to knock repair price down I ended up going half way just to get it back in action. They agreed to pay half and then transferred less than half to my account. Penny pinchers .They have a guy who speaks good English who is front man and you'll likely speak to him but be very careful and if you do buy a car from them make sure you pay a mechanic to look over any repairs they may have done. I had a bad feeling from the start and from now on I'm always going with my gut instinct. Read independent reviews too not website or worse fake.

This is a bit late,
I had a problem with my motor a few day after I perched it.
I rang Darren and told him the problem think he would do the well it’s like this speech.
But I must say he went full out to get the problem sorted and gave full commitment I took it to the dealership near me and got it put right within a few days.
Thank you for you prompt and no quibble service.
I would have no problem going back to Darren in the future.

Wow, this company, and Rob in particular ,are fabulous. Buying a second hand car is always a risk, but all Rob's cars are from Japan, and only get imported by them if they really are great. We bought a 2011 VW estate and it is like new! Since we were unfamiliar with buying a car imported from Japan, we got the AA car inspector out and he said it was one of the rare times in his life were he only had good news - the mechanical parts were like new, the interior was like new, it only had 20,000 on the clock and had only two imiscule scratches on the outside. Rob is our hero. Thanks.
