The best quality uniforms I have owned ! I bought my first set when swanky started and it STILL looks brand new ! Highly recommend !

Please take my advice and don’t order from this scam of a company!
Ordered a set in recommended size- it came it was about 10 sizes to big, so I send back and asked next size down (cost me £8 to post) next set arrives couldn’t even fit it over my head- neither could my 11 year old! The sizes is wayyy off.

Next issue, I sent the tiny set back (another £8) and asked for a refund. I was told I couldn’t have one as it had been more than 30 days - no it hadn’t! I informed them it infact hadn’t been, but by the time I got a reply it then took it over the 30days (what a lovely scam!!)
Lastly I was offered a new set in a different size, which I had to take as I wasn’t getting a refund and had nothing to show for £85 I had spent. This has never turned up and Iv emailed and emailed and not even had a reply!

I wish I could give no stars. First off I never ordered anything from them but they took money from my account. Second I’ve been fighting with them since November 3,2025 they keep saying in 7 days it will be back in my account.

Thrives. Take money from card then refuse to send the order. Cant be contacted by phone. Now the lengthy process of a card dispute. Stay away from the online scam.

Wish I’d read the reviews before ordering from this company, order didn’t arrive (even though delivery isn’t cheap) I had to chase them and they said sorry it was taking longer as it was out of stock, not even an email to let me know. It turned up nearly 2 weeks after ordering and when it arrived the sizing was soooo off, I’m a size 8-10 in the top and a 10 at the bottom and ordered the sizes as described on their size chart and they were massive, you could have fit 2 of me in them.

When I contacted them they said I could send them back but I’d have to pay to do so. All in all I don’t think they are a good company to buy from, for the amount of money they are charging their customer service doesn’t match!

I’d give them zero stars but had to atleast press one star!!
Terrible company do not order from these tracked returned the items which shows they recieved the order back but they still continue to take money from my clearpay account everytime I email or message or even phone the mobile number on the site no reply!! It’s been weeks and weeks had to contact my bank and get the fraud team involved
Stay away from this company the uniforms are not good quality and even worse customer service plz stay away their conning people

Do not order from this company they will take your uniform back happily but then will not refund you! Disgusting customer service have asked for a refund 4 times and they are not ignoring me do not waste your money!!!!!

I placed an order and paid for express delivery and when it arrived too late I had to send it back
That was 5 weeks ago and I’ve still no refund, I’ve contacted them many times with my order number and tracking details and still nothing
All I get when I contact them again is please send your order number, when I reply to say I’ve sent you my order number many times and the tracking details to show they received it they ignore it so I send another email to ask were my refund is they reply with Please send your order number, I wouldn’t mind but the order number is always on the top of my email to them, I’ve now put in a dispute with my bank

Ordered a set and it was way too small I couldn’t move in it. Sent an email to return no reply so sent an Instagram dm and was give an address. Had to pay for and sort delivery myself which is fine. Weeks later sent a message asking if they have received they said they had and asked what I wanted in return. I asked for a refund and was ignored for another few weeks. Messaged for an update on refund and was told I cannot get my money back because I used a discount code which wasn’t mentioned anywhere when ordering. Very unprofessional

Absolutely shambles of a person (Not a company by any means)

My partner ordered £150+ of sets. Which arrived miles too small. Baring in mind she usually wears XL/2XL and purchased 5XL just to be completely sure sizing were right. Sent back at her own expense of £8! Company didn’t acknowledge receiving return back until contacted. (Also reply’s to emails very unprofessionally) - when asking for refund decided to tell me I wouldn’t be refunded because I’d used a discount code and would have to have exchange or credit note . Never ever in my life heard anything like that in my life. Had every opportunity to tell me this before I sent items back but clearly was intending on keeping the items and keeping the money.
