Muy mala experiencia con el servicio al cliente de Sutra.

Por error hice la misma orden dos veces y me comuniqué con la empresa inmediatamente para cancelar una de ellas. Sin embargo, nunca procesaron la cancelación. Recibí la primera orden, pero la segunda fue cobrada, aparece confirmada y lleva más de 10 días sin ser enviada.

He intentado comunicarme varias veces por teléfono, correo electrónico y formularios en línea. El teléfono solo dirige a una grabación que indica hacer el reclamo por internet, y los correos reciben únicamente respuestas automáticas prometiendo contestar en 24–72 horas. Ya han pasado más de 9 días desde mi primer reclamo y nunca he recibido respuesta de una persona.

He solicitado repetidamente que cancelen y reembolsen la orden o que la envíen para poder devolverla, pero sigue sin enviarse y sin resolverse el problema. La falta de comunicación y atención al cliente ha sido muy frustrante.

Our Sutra product completely stopped working for us after a couple of months. This was the second time a Sutra product failed so quickly, and their warranty means nothing.
There's no phone number for customer service, just a complicated online process to file a warranty claim - and THEN, if they do approve your claim, they'll still charge you about $30 as a "service fee" to send a replacement product (IF they actually do replace it - it seems that they've just ghosted many others who have tried). Will never buy one of their products again.

I received the wrong item so I’ve emailed both American and EU several times for two months with not a single reply. I’ve filled out a wish for contact through their site without hearing anything back. I’ve sent them DM on Instagram with no reply. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

Hola, será posible que me envíen un e-mail o número telefónico para que me ayuden a resolver mi problema con el infrared 2”blowout Que compressor en Octubre. Las instrucciones que me enviaron por este mismo medio no sirvieron , las eh seguido y al momento que envío no funciona. Agradezco y me envíen una dirección o correo con indicaciones válidas para retornar el blow-dry , o me lo cambien por uno nuevo. Gracias por su atención.

I've purchased multiple products from this website and have loved them all. The hair tools function great and i have had them for 3 years now. All my orders were delivered timely with no delays or issues. When I reached out to support regarding a question with a preorder I received a response within a day and felt very tended to. I love this company and will continue to purchase my hair products from them

I returned the product because it was not what I wanted. I had zero issues getting a return authorization. I received notifications tracking my return through the stages of shipping it back and receipt at the vendor. My refund was issued immediately and in full once it was received back. It was about one week, from the time of a refund request to the refund being issued. I have seen complaints about the refund process. That was not my experience.

Payed for the product that was never sent, no way of reaching them, they dont answer emails or messages. Scammers

I ordered and paid for a product that was never shipped. I have contacted customer services on numerous occasions and no reply. Very disappointing.

Esta marca es horrible! A la primer caída de mi cepillo secador se rompió una pieza y no tienen respuestos, una amiga envió su secadora que dejó de funcionar en los primeros meses y no le hicieron válida la garantía. EVÍTENSE MOLESTIAS Y NO COMPREN ESTA MARCA

I want to start with that absolutely love this product. Issue is it dies every three to four months. It's probably a computer chip that's failing since it dies with the same regularity.

Because I bought one and then I paid the shipping for replacement on the warranty and then that one failed and then they sent me another one and that one failed and they sent me another one and that died yesterday.

There's no warning about it dying either. It doesn't die while in use you just go to turn it on and it'll no longer works.

And I hate this because as a product itself it's amazing, my hair looks like it came from the stylist.

But there's a defect in the build.

And I'm not a particularly heavy user I probably use it five to six times a week.

I work at home so I only use it when I'm leaving the house or have a zoom meeting.

I would give this five stars if it weren't for the defect, but I have had four of these in a year and all of them died between three and four months.

And again if someone is reading this from the company you probably have a chip defect or a programmatic defect that's just turning it off after 4 months.

Literally nothing happens to it it's not being overused. It's not wet. It's not in a location where it can't vent. It's the same use that you did the day before but it just won't turn on.

If it were a use issue it also wouldn't die the same way all four times in the same time frame

Today I'm going to try to find another product that's as good, but buyer beware, get a warranty because I had four that all died.

By the way they very nicely sent me two more after the warranty one -- for free, but it just doesn't matter if it can't make it past 4 months.

A friend of mine worked a Premier Hair show as a rep for Sutra and has yet to be paid for her time and talent. They owe her $800 and refuse to respond. Beware of working trade shows for them!!!

If i could give 0 stars i would the worst ever , did not even last for 2 weeks poor customer service , dryer is not working contacted their customer service nlthing

I ordered the heating brush. The product was useless for curly hair. I tried to return it , and had to email them multiple times for them to send me return label. Then they did not refund until i sent them rem9inder emails, and also refunded only $79 when the product was $109. This is pure scam. Be careful before you buy their products

Don’t purchase unless you will keep it for sure. I just returned one of their products. I used it once to just try it. And when I returned it they didn’t refund the full amount. Kept $30 for no reason. Saying it wasn’t unused. How was I supposed to see if the product worked for me? So expensive and then you don’t get full refund.

I purchased a curling iron on black Friday for $80. The default setting was for the larger barrel size and I didn't change it before ordering (my fault). I contacted customer service and asked if I could exchange this iron with one that came with different size barrels that cost $150. They said they don't do exchanges so my only option was to request a refund. I submitted my refund request that day and waited 5-6 days for them to deny my request because my order was a final sale. Nowhere on my receipt does it say final order or under the current description for the iron. According to customer service, if you purchase an item on sale it's considered a final sale. I find it hard to believe they won't accept a new iron back in exchange for me to spend an additional $70 for another set of irons. Instead they would rather lose a customer and get a bad review. Lousy business model Sutra!

AVOID its a scam they take your money and send no product.

I bought a sutra hair dryer and after few months has become noisy, took it back to the wholesaler and after a couple of weeks I got a new one which after few months did exactly the same, actually even worse, front end melted and you can clearly see the sparks coming out.
