Sustain - Solar, Heat Pumps & HomePlans Recenzje

The electricians Max and Billy did an amazing job. They were onsite for nearly 12 hours and were always helpful, polite and informative plus hard working! Everything up and running by the end of the day. Heartily recommend. We had to wait a bit from our initial enquiry with Sustain, but once the ball was rolling it went very smoothly.

Great team, really friendly and polite and stayed late into the evening to finish the job and still took the time to explain the set up and get the app registered with us before they left. Many thanks!

James, Adam and Jack just completed our Air Source Heat Pump installation including radiators in every room and they were a pleasure to deal with! Lovely guys, professional and extremely tidy. Dealt with any queries quickly and efficiently. Thank you!!

We had an EV charger and battery installed. We received really clear communication through the quotation and planning process. The installation itself was carried out by Charlie who did a tremendous job, ensured everything was functioning as expected and took the time to answer our 3 year old’s questions too.

Would thoroughly recommend.

Installation went very well and they did a good job.
However, the paper work to sell excess energy to the grid/octopus energy was not completed or followed through. Everyone please be aware that this process is not automatic and you have to follow up yourself and send documents like the MCS and DNO to your Energy supplier. Suatain could do a much better job making sure customers are aware of this and following up on the process.

Rio and Pete did a great job. They explained everything to us and cleared up before they left.

Our solar panel installation has gone smoothly and to time.
Sustain could improve by asking the scaffolders and roofers to text an ETA on the day that they are scheduled.
The electricians Peter and Rio did a good job, tidy installation and took time to explain the App and equipment. They also raised the issue of cracked tiles to be fixed with Sustain, which is appreciated.

Pete and Rio were amazing, very courteous and the quality of the work with regards to the install was first class.

It would be fair to say the install (due to out house set up )wasn't the easiest yet they persevered throughout and without doubt went above and beyond to make sure all was good. Great attention was made making sure everything was sympathetic on the eye allowing for how big the install was.

Absolutely first class...wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Thank you

We would completely recommend anyone thinking of purchasing Solar Panels with a Heat Pump including installation from Sustain.

The entire process from start to finish was flawless with excellent communication from the team organising the initial assessment, parts being delivered, scaffolding going up / down, solar panels being fitted and the electrical install commissioning.

The entire fitment process took 2 days and it was impressive how quickly it all come together and we are very happy with the finished product.

Sustain made our experience of having an air-source heat pump installed excellent from start to finish. Adam Morse's initial survey was both informative and comprehensive, and Bill's techical follow-up was reassuring, while Paula kept us up-to-date at all stages. The main installers, Adam and James, were terrific all week, as were all the others who assisted from day to day. Very neat and tidy, polite and courteous, and clearly knowledgeable and skilled craftsmen who take a pride in their work, and happy to answer all our questions. We would be delighted to act as a reference site for anyone else contemplating a similar project.

Pete and Rio from Sustain Homes have just finished fitting the electrics for our new solar panels, battery and charger. They were really efficient, friendly and took time to clearly explain how everything works. I would have no hesitation recommending them. Thanks guys!

Pete & Rio did a fantastic job installing all the electrical la and batteries for my new solar panels. They were friendly and incredibly efficient. Would recommend

Many thanks to William, Charlie, Luka and Tommy and the Sustain team for their excellent service. The installation team were outstanding; worked incredibly hard, installing the solar system in two days; at the end of which the system was fully operational, batteries were fully charged, and we were self sufficient from the PV panels. Thank you.

Have nothing but good things to say about Sustain, and Adam Morse in particular. He was great at talking us through the process of getting a heat pump installed and was professional and patient with us. Happy to recommend Sustain to anyone looking to make their home greener

Pete and Rio were very professional, organised and focused. They explained everything they were doing - listened to my concerns and came up with a good solution - left everything very neat and tidy and even took away the packaging. Would definitely recommend them.

Michael and Jack was a pleasure to deal with and explained everything very well.
They were extremely clean and tidy and respectful to my house.
The installation looks great and has alot of attention to detail.
I would highly recommend Sustain to anyone looking for a heatpump and solar panels.

The preparatory work was handled very well, and the process and documentation was clear and transparent. There was flexibility to adjust the work to meet our requirements. On the appointed day, The team arrived early, worked hard and completed the installation on the day promised. The few problems that they ran into were quickly resolved. They kept the work as tidy as possible, especially given that they were working all over the house. The enthusiastic team supported each-other well to get the work completed on time. Overall, a good experience and we would highly recommend Sustain.

Excellent appraisal and advice, with follow through Q&A, schedule communication, etc. Efficient, clean installation completed to schedule. Bricks damaged by drilling right through wall during installation of batteries and electrical equipment. Post-install service team have apologised and promised to fix the problem with brick-coloured repair filler grout.

Turned up when they said they would. We’re efficient in their work. All work completed with care and kept me informed as to timescales etc throughout. Sorry! I can’t remember the name of the team, Rio and someone?!

Very quick install. Everywhere left neat and tidy. Pete and Rio were very professional. Very happy
