Excellent service from start to finish. From the very first call regarding the designing and planning, taking in to account everything I said. Keeping us inform all the way through the process. Installation day was far better than I imagined, installers friendly, informative, courteous and tidy. Much quicker than expected. After care so far has also been excellent. Nothing seems to be any trouble and always reminding us to call them with any questions we may have. Thank you very much for a very smooth process. I would highly recommend this company and people if your thinking of solar panels.

It was a pleasure from starting the process with Sustain and the advice and guidance all the way through. The installation was extremely well planned, the roofers turned up, within 5 minutes the electrician came then 10 minutes later the equipment arrived. All the installation knew their job and it just flowed, the only issue in the installation process was the exposed cables inside our porch, which are rather unsightly I was surprised as I thought they would be mainly in the loft space with just the down drop showing, but that said the whole team worked really hard throughout the day. I would fully recommend Sustain.

From the start of booking a sustain solar panels installation the the journey has been very good very helpful staff keeping intouch regularly to tell you exactly what's going on yesterday we had our solar panels fitted the team of installers were fantastic and very good when finished they went through the battery and inverter workings and the information on the foxcloud app We received an email today to say that the rubbish that was left will be collected tomorrow and the scaffolding will be taken down very soon I would definitely recommend this company if you are thinking of getting solar panels installed

From start to finish Sustain's service was excellent. Installers Max & Jude were brilliant. Explained everything and cleared up every scrap of rubbish. Darren who fitted the solar panels was efficient and did a 5 star job.

I was kept informed about progress at all stages. We jointly negotiated a start date, which was NOT then altered.
I had the same contact throughout (Ashley) which has continued post installation. This meant I didn't need to explain things to several different people.
The next stage is the National Grid to be notified of my system and to have a new tariff from Scottish Power, both of which Ashley will be doing.
Ashley made sure things went smoothly; she did a grand job. Thank you.

Sustain get full marks for their product (a 15 panel solar and battery installation) but very low marks for their flaky customer service and considerable installation delays.

From initial survey on 7 April it took exactly four months to completion. We had obtrusive scaffolding for four weeks, the solar installation took one week, not the one day scheduled and promised return calls were frequently missed.

Sustain’s polite but ineffective office staff often overpromised and underdelivered. Although told that a single person would deal with my installation, many other staff became involved making it confusing to try to get any prompt or effective action.

I’ve tried to help Sustain by speaking in a constructive way with the MD. Having been promised a fast track to completion, I have since asked for an apology for yet another delay of a fortnight in producing the final simple invoice but none has been received.

Sadly I cannot recommend Sustain given my long suffering experience.

We were very pleased with the solar installation carried out by Sustain. The installers did a great job and dealt with unexpected with no complaint. Site left tidy and they gave a full explanation of app and system.

Sustain Homes did a good job with surveying and installation of our solar system. The only reason for not giving a 5-Star rating is because unavailability of scaffolding caused a week's delay with the installation as it appears that information about the property having a conservatory wasn't shared with the scaffolders. It would be useful for the scaffolders to have all photos showing front and back elevations of properties.

Sustain installed a ten panel system yesterday the team of two were polite and professional. They worked real hard despite the heatwave weather, I was impressed. They explained everything about the system before they started. The install was much quicker than I expected and after setting up the app for me and explaining all its functions, they cleaned up and removed all rubbish from my property. The whole experience with sustain has been a positive one from the initial enquiry call and all the follow up communications to the courtesy call this morning to see how everything went and give me information about what happens next. Everyone I have spoken to at sustain have been professionally friendly and super helpful. I would most definitely recommend them.

One of the few companies I found willing to do an install on a flat roof. Once the survey / structural process had been done I got an install date really quickly. The install was seamless with little disruption and we were generating electricity within 2 days.
Can't fault the process.

Installation went smoothly. Electrician explained everything throughout and guided through the app at completion. Aftercare communication is spot on.

First class service and installation. Was very happy with the advice I got from the sales team and the install was super smooth and very professional.

The project was completed and all parts coordinated by Sustain the only issue with the project was the considerable delay from the Distribution authority that Sustain helped overcome.

Ran into some problems with solar panel installation, Sustain reacted quickly and resolved problems and installation came in on track.

Process has gone as well as expected , design ,planned install ,scaffolding and installation . All the teams involved in the install were exceptional ,arrived on time ,explained what they were doing ,any changes to design advised and talked through. Very fast installation (5hrs) for 8 panels ,2 batteries and inverter + internal electrical works.Good respect for our property ,went through the commissioning and management of the apparatus. Wish we did it sooner .Many thanks to Sustain

The four lads from Sustain worked very hard for two days from 8am till 8pm, replacing our heat pump system, without stopping, they were very professional and did a excellent job, we would highly recommend them to anyone, well done and thank you.
