I have ordered "elegant jumpsuit for a wedding "for £50 pounds and I have received cheap poor quality material. I wouldn't pay £10 pounds for it

Very poor quality. Asking $30 to return a swimsuit . Do not buy from this company.

Do not use this company - returns are to a dodgy address in China. The item i recieved did not look like the photo - its cheap, shiny material. The make returning expensive and difficult, and its likely to cost you more than the item.

Horrible shipping times 9 day to create the shipping label .
Bad costumer service

Horrific experience. Shoes came damaged and they tried to tell me I either had to ship back at a $30 plus charge or take a 15% money back for damaged shoes.

Shoes were terrible quality even if they were not damaged. Took longer to receive then website identified. Website indicated US shipper. Would not recommend this on any level. DO NOT trust this website or seller.

I ordered a formal dress for a wedding. It was pictured on Pinterest and looked beautiful. The dress I received was a different color , cheap material, terribly sewn, no sheer sleeves, no flouncy skirt and no sash. It looks like the outfits on The Handmaids Tale. So incredibly awful. Do not be seduced by this company

Wish I had read these reviews before wasting my time and money. Purchased a jumpsuit that looked completely different to the photo used to advertise. Material was cheap and nasty and when I requested a refund apparently it was during a sale time which is happening every week. So it is impossible to request a refund even though their site states they will be happy to refund as shown below. They are frauds. Please save your money.

If I could put zero stars I would. I ordered something on 6/23, when the item hadn't even shipped two weeks later I contacted the store and on 7/09 they confirmed that they had cancelled my order and would receive money back. It has been a month since then and I have not received anything. I filed a complaint through the SHOP app a week ago and still no response from the vendor. Save your money and do NOT buy anything from them.

Advertised as Linen and Elegant! It was neither. Cheap shiny ghastly synthetic material. Company address is Holland. however garment made and shipped from China.
Absolute scandal this company can trade.

If I could give a 0 in rating, I would, CHeapest quality, sizing all wrong and when I wanted to return, they wanted to charge me 2/3 of what I paid to return it.

I am so shocked that this is a scam company--I got a dreadful synthetic blouse instead of a linen one and so badly made- I sew and this is appalling quality!! Do NOT buy from here--you will regret it!

If I could rate zero star I would!!! DO NOT BUY FROM TBIS WEBSITE. I don’t normally trust these sight, but stupidly thought this would be different! Ordered a pair of white trainers from Susan & Michael and what has arrived would have to be the worst quality shoes I have ever seen. Very low quality synthetic materials, look nothing like the picture - other than they were white! Not even sure what the soles are made from - not rubber, some sort of light weight plastic!!! Wanted to take up their 30 day returns promise - no luck!!!

This online company is a FRAUD! Do not purchase this junk! Item received is not the item advertised NONE of the clothes are real fabric advertised on line. Quality is horrible synthetic trash! Company does not stand behind its merchandise -excuse is that if it is offered at a reduced or sale price it is non refundable. What you get will NOT be what is advertised and not what you think you purchased Buyer BEWARE!!!!!!

Ordered what looked like light pastel pink heels from them in a size 40 (9). When they turned up they were about a size 6-7 despite saying 40 on the back - there was no way the shoes were that big. I could barely get my foot in it. Cheap material and a horrible hot pink colour. Very deceptive - I don't recommend them. Throwing the shoes in the garbage.

I purchased a "Red Linen Dress with Spaghetti Straps". The dress arrived, packaging was sub-standard with the dress in a zip lock bag, in a plastic bag. No paperwork inside the bag with information of order or return paperwork. The dress is 95% polyester 5% spandex. I emailed the same day and requested a return label, please. Since then, I have been approached with subsequent long emails asking me to keep the dress with 15% and 20% discounts, as the shipping costs, transit and customs procedures, the potential delay in return shipment (due to third party carriers) and warehouse inspections will delay refunds. I was also told that if the item has been lost, lost in transit, I will not be refunded. The label clearly says the dress came from Altringham, not abroad.

Under the Trades Description Act, a Linen dress, must be Linen.

DO NOT BUY. I am still responding for a full refund, however, as Susan and Michael do not want me to send the dress back.

Why?

I find this quite appalling. I bought a dress on instagram ( it looks like it’s a European make and is based in the Netherlands) but the clothes actually come from China . It took 17 days to arrive and looked nothing like the picture. The material is cheap and shiny . It only cost £42 . When I wanted to return it I was told to initially send photos (??) and then advised postage is $30- $40 . The alternative which of course they suggest is to keep the dress and get 15% cashback . This is wholly unacceptable

I purchased a pair of what I thought were the “worn out look” ankle boots.
I wasn’t aware that they were coming from China. The boots are so shiny you can see your face. Totally unlike pic on site. The zips are extremely difficult to move. The “leather” strap is so flimsy. They are sold as “orthotic” total misrepresentation. The inner sole was loose and bent. The packaging was literally a joke. Boots shoved in a zip lock bag no protection, then into a post bag that looked like it had been dragged backwards thru a toilet. I would not purchase ANYTHING from this store again.

Product is cheap replica of an original item from another company , terrible material that is not a linen blend completely shiny polyester type material and came from China but advertised as an American website , much like Temu as soon as you log in it offers a discount code then try to return as not as described and they won’t refund as in “promotional sales” this item was $80 AUD not cheap price but definitely cheap product … Steer clear of this retail site , if you want this quality shop on Temu it’s cheaper
