For months i've been trying to receive my funds. It started when they changed their payment system. Rep kept responding to wait a few days. I've sent this email several times. Until one day they haven't sent me any responses. I heard they closed down. Scam. They use to pay me for reviews before but they owe me over $200!

Surkus closed down and owes people hundreds of dollars. I’ve set up a Facebook page “Surkus is a Scam” to gather all people who have fallen victim to this scam to sue Surkus.

They owed me $200, not much, but it’s my hard earning money.

Scam company! They owe me $692 and for months and months said that they had technical issues - while still advertising and having people pay their own money on their platform.
They seem to have disappeared now, are not reachable by email or any other way. I already filed a complaint with the better business bureau. Please do the same if they also owe you money. We might need to sue them together!

I’ve worked with Surkus for years & never had any issues getting my payments until recently. I trusted this company…I met Stephen on multiple occasions years ago. Well, they owe me $444 for products I paid for and left honest reviews promising to get paid back. They emailed us for months saying sorry we are changing our payments. Then months and months go by with excuses.Now they emailed us saying they shut down and we won’t be getting our money “until they open back up”. They are not trustworthy anymore.
Absolutely heart broken about this especially during a hard time for most people. I’m unemployed and looking for work, this app was a great way for me to try nice products and now I just feel disgusted and upset that so many people are owed so much money.

I have $120 cash balance with this app and I can't ever cash out my money. They sent out an email a couple months ago stating they would not answer any emails or allow people to cash out until a future date. These people basically just stole from everyone.

They removed the app and the website. They refuse to answer any e-mails. I still have money in their account. Do not trust this company. It's a small office with less than 15 people and they only built up the company to move it out of the country.

Surkus gave no warning they were shutting down. I haven’t been able to cash out for weeks. I have $42 in my account that I can’t get. Did anyone report them to BBB?

This is everybody’s story right now who was using the Surkus app. I am so disappointed from Surkus. They stopped letting me cash out my money from April 2021. I have money(rewards) to cash out and then they cancelled all my orders which were in pending state of refund. So, combined I have almost $800 stuck in Surkus. They stopped letting me cash out because they had some issues going on with Paypal and then they replaced Paypal with Stripe, even though that one never worked for me. When I raised my voice by raising multiple tickets, they kept on saying it's just some technical issues going on and we will resolve it very soon, we are working on sorting it out, keep trying to cash out. My fault is that I still trusted them, if they were not letting me cash out I should have stopped buying the products until I got my money. But I never thought that they would shut off their business. Even I am so mad, if they were going in losses why would they keep posting more products until August 2021. Being a customer, I don’t know what's going on behind the scenes. I always thought they have some issues with their app and it will get sorted out. They should have stopped posting the products if they were going into losses and payout to people first whose money is stuck. I used to love this app. But they disappointed me big time. They have removed FB, Twitter page and turned off commenting on Instagram. Now, I can only hope for them to again come back to business and pay off everybody’s stuck money first and then only resume the operations. Or otherwise just give us our money back @Surkus

Things were great until they weren't. I started having trouble cashing out my balance and received no response from customer support. After months of trying to receive my funds, I found out that they had basically run out of money and were shutting down. The problem is that they're still withholding hundreds of dollars from me. They were also actively pushing promotions to gain new users all the way up to the day they shut down. HUGE SCAM

This app is horrible. Do not trust them. They do not reimburse you as they claim to. Absolute scam. Run far far away!

Where should I start? It should've been a bigger red flag since they started having "technical difficulties" with PayPal. I knew they did not liking reimbursing their users as promised, but never thought that their financial situation could be so bad that they actually don't have the money to pay for their users. Now they basically went out of business, but they are still withholding users' money.
I really hope that they don't get paid by the manufacturers because - at least I have warned the manufacturers that I completed the offers with. Because they're not entitled for the affiliate commission considering how much they owed their users.
SMH. The only thing that I feel not too bad about is I just don't trust them and have not purchased many things through the app. But this is really bad business. And even if they come back in the future (which I doubt), all the potential users and business partners can be aware of how unethical they are and just stay away.

Do NOT trust this company! I have over $100 in my Surkus app and they are not reimbursing me. They will hold your money and claim a glitch in their refund service. This company is a fraud!

Stay away from this scam!!! They are money laundering company they are doing totally illegal stuff and will pay for it soon! Class action lawsuit awaits them!!

They are scam. I can’t cash out my balance for 3 months now. Their last explanation was they didn’t have fund. Well, you didn’t tell us this well you had us buy products and pay from our pockets. Customer service refused initiating a manual cash out process.

I opted in to their product testing. The first one went ok. The second one (which was expensive) hasn't gone so well. They keep saying they are having technical difficulties when it comes to reimbursing me for what I purchased through them. It has been over one month since I requested to be reimbursed. Nothing yet. I just keep getting ERROR messages. NOT a good company!

Scam app and company! They owe me and many other people money for months yet refuse to pay. They make excuses why payments are working month after month, and keep the money. However, users are expected to sign up and buy products within an hour, and reviews ASAP then in return we get the runaround. Run fast they are thieves.

This rebate app never gives you your money back and always has an excuse. It's such a shame because they do have cool products to try. But they've been "updating" their payment processing system for months. Don't download or expect money back if you do. download If they ever do reimburse me, I will update this review.
*Update-After 6 weeks I finally have my rebates.
