No Need to think about any Country or Doctor when u r with us in Lagos.

The staff in the hospital lacks customers service. I have been there for a medical check up. And one thing I always experience is delays. The last time I went there, which was yesterday I waited for over an hour, kept checking lab every ten minutes to run a test but I was told the nurse in charge stepped out. And the way I was even being ordered to go and sit down was very disrespectful. Please advise your staff to treat their patients nice and attend to them on time, if for some reason there is nobody to attend to patients it should be communicated to them with a good approach especially the doctor that was on duty that yesterday evening and not as if they are in a military training ground. Customer service is a closed 1.5/10
