SureLookIT is an established online electronics retailer founded in Ireland in 2020. Over the past six years, we have grown into a trusted online brand serving thousands of customers with fast, reliable delivery and professional customer support. We specialise in computers, laptops, phones, accessories, and a wide range of electronic products, offering competitive pricing and next-day dispatch on many items. Our focus has always been simple: honest service, efficient order processing, clear communication, and resolving any issues quickly and fairly. We believe in transparency, reliability, and long-term customer relationships rather than short-term sales. We operate regionally at 🇮🇪 SureLookIT.com – Republic of Ireland and 🇬🇧 SureLookIT.co.uk – United Kingdom. Ireland orders are dispatched from our Ireland distribution warehouse, and UK orders are dispatched from our UK distribution centre, ensuring clear regional fulfilment and delivery timeframes for each market. SureLookIT is VAT registered in both Ireland and the United Kingdom, providing compliant invoicing and transparent pricing for customers in each region. All reviews on this profile reflect genuine customer experiences with the SureLookIT brand across both markets. We actively encourage feedback and use it to continually improve our service standards. If you ever experience an issue with your order, please contact us directly and allow our team the opportunity to assist. We are committed to resolving concerns professionally and efficiently. Thank you for choosing SureLookIT and for supporting our continued growth.

Hi there, thanks very much for your order and feedback.
Pop-up apps take over phone
Today I went to the Vodafone Store in Wilton Shopping Center, Cork. My phone was very badly infected with 'pop up' apps to the point that I could not use phone. At the Vodafone Store, Frank rectified problem in an efficient manner. He was most courteous and gave me much advice about avoiding my problem in future.
Donal.

Hi Peng,
Thank you so much for the lovely review and kind words about our service. We really appreciate your support.
I completely understand how frustrating it can feel when a product changes in price a week after purchase. Our laptop prices are based directly on market pricing from the authorised distributor and are updated automatically on our website every day, so they can sometimes increase or decrease depending on supplier pricing and market changes.
We truly appreciate your order and hope you enjoy your laptop. If you ever need any help or support, we are always happy to help.
Kind regards,
Keiran

Awesome products, as advertised. I accidentally bought an incorrect fitting bulb and the customer service was excellent, he suggested a remedy and sent out some adapters a few days later. Top service, quick delivery, great prices. Will be returning to purchase again
