Theft FRAUD and False representation and denied refund

Apple! Corruption and Fraud.
False advertising and a complete failure to refund for a product/ non service.
Weekly subscriptions that totally fail to deliver on what is says is on offer.
Still today I am paying for an uplift on Critical Strike when I get NO uplift whatsoever and on two separate occasions they have reviewed my refund request and denied it.
This is a scam and FRAUD!
Looks like APPLE need to learn a few lessons and the more people aware of this the better.

I am deeply disappointed by Apple’s lack of accountability. I have been charged a total of 134 € by an app called 'Cleanup Pro' through deceptive recurring billing of 8.99 €/PER WEEK !! since September—charges I never explicitly authorized.
When I contacted Apple Support, they hid behind an internal '60-day refund policy,' completely ignoring EU Consumer Law (Directive 2019/770) regarding unfair commercial practices and digital transparency. It is unacceptable that a company claiming to be 'user-first' profits from commission on these predatory 'dark patterns' while refusing to protect its customers from clear financial abuse.
Apple has lost its human touch and its commitment to ethics. I demand a full refund for these unauthorized transactions. Do not trust the App Store to protect your wallet.

Une honte ils viennent de me faire perdre 1000 euros
Achat en janvier iPhone 17
Celui ci ne tient pas la charge
A peine deux minutes que j'utilise mon iPhone je perd 1 %
La nuit je perd 10 % sans y aller
A chaque ouverture perte 1 %
Pas de jeu vidéo et pas de video
Juste maî SMS et parfois tik tok et quelques photos.
J'y vais très modérément.
Mon iPhone ne tient pas 5 h avec une charge a 100 %
Pas d'échange de leur part pas de remboursement et me disent quil n'y a aucun problème.
Ils m'ont dégoûtée
Je retourne chez Samsung et plus jamais chez Apple
C'est une honte au prix que l'on donnent pour leur appareils qui sont ineficaces
Je dois charger mon iPhone 3 fois par jours malgré la désactivation des applications en arrière plan
Ainsi que la localisation etc
Le problème persiste
C'est clairement un article défectueux
Plus jamais chez eux

“Purchase could not be completed” problem

Bad respond and late..imagine i could not make any purchase for no reason i have contacted the support the first day it told me to wait for 48 hours… i did, but then i tryna make purchase after the 48 hours waiting, still can’t, it show “payment could not be completed” i try to contact the support again they told me to wait for another 19 hours… i did, then i tryna make purchase again the same problem pop up now they told me to wait another 48 hours how crazy??? Why i can’t make purchase in an app its my money… stupid american brand too much privacy for no reason they said privacy is for the safe so u wont lost ur phone but once u lost ur phone u can’t access it or detect it… china brand more completed… never ever use apple again its trash… to any kid that wanna buy iphone over android think twice dont just buy just because many people use it… its overprice and useless with one iphone money u can buy 2 better android think about it android way more better…iphone trending in the internet because its american brand and america is ruling the internet because they inverted it trust me “think twice”

très très arrogant

J'ai contacté le service client Apple après m'être fait volé mon MacBook et mon téléphone, ce à quoi un garçon très antipathique m'a répondu "vos parents devraient s'en charger". Super professionnel ça. Tout ca parce que j'ai la voix aigue alors on dirait que j'ai 8 ans alors que j'en ai 21... Vraiment pas professionnel je dirai finalement...

Excellente expérience

Franchement je n’ai aucun soucis avec Apple, je les ai tous appelés pour différents renseignements et ils ont tous été très cordiaux et bienveillants. Je préfère largement faire appel à eux. Je recommande vivement.

Mad crazy irishman yelling / customer support

Apple customer support used ot be amazing, but today well I have just ended a call with a mad crazy irishman behaving in the most appalling rude and unprofessional way on the phone. So shocking for the first time in 35 years of being a pole customer im sending an audio recording of this insane man to complaints. Calling to make a complaint was hard work, have to post a USB stick to their department in ireland! This si the digital company! And the gentle swore that they do not have a phone there. Just applying. Also each time you do cal and ask they disappear - go off to ask someone else. I had one person who said she was an expert with apple mail, I had to advice her! She then managed to bin / delete files. What has happened other than apple, make so much money but their support is DIABOLICAL. Especially if you get a mad crazy Irishman yelling at you. (no disrespect tot eh irish - lovely people a country!)

I bought a £25 voucher at Christmas as a gift for my dada, don't have a lot of money, when he went to use the voucher it was damaged the code was unreadable, I contacted iTunes the next day on boxing day, went on for months trying to get this sorted for them to turn around and say wasn't their problem but where I bought it from but yet on their website says to contact the manufacturer/ company who make them.
They wouldn't help and then advised me to contact the place I bought it from, who were unable to help due it being pass 28days.
I was £25 down and my poor dad did not have a Christmas present!

I signed up for a 3-month free trial of Apple Arcade through a promotional offer on my iPhone. Instead of honoring the 3 months, Apple charged my account for a full month immediately. When I went to Settings to correct this and request a refund for a service I never used and only signed up for as a trial, my request was denied twice without a specific reason.
It is incredibly disappointing that a company of this stature uses 'bait and switch' promotional tactics and then provides no path for customer service resolution when their own system fails to honor a promotion. Beware of 'free trials'—you may end up paying for something you never agreed to buy.

APPLE IS TRASH!!!!! FU APPLE

What real trash looks like with money and that’s very sad.. I have had an Iphone for I guess about 3 yrs now and kinda just started using apple pay and such. I asked for a refund twice, once was because one of the apps I made a purchase on charged 9.99 when I was making a 0.99 cent purchase. I contacted apple right away and they rejected my refund, I appealed it and they rejected it again. 2nd time my nephew had my phone and when I noticed he was in something other than the game I grabbed my phone just as it was looking for my face to verify so I was to late. That turned out to be a $42.62 subscription to I don’t even know. Contacted apple for refund and was rejected again, appealed and rejected again. I am in the mist of converting my iphone to android and I will go back to using google because I have never had a refund problem with google.

iPhone 17 PRO - Problem Suchfunktion

Ich habe am 21.02.2026 ein iPhone 17 PRO gekauft, im Allee Center Leipzig, Media Markt Leipzig Grünau, in Ablösung meines iPhones 12 mini.
Das Problem war, und ich bin nicht als einziger Nutzer davon betroffen, dass in den Einstellungen die Suchfunktion bei vielen Nutzern ebenfalls nicht funktioniert.
Ich habe die Reklamation mit dem Servicepunkt vom MediaMarkt Leipzig besprochen.
Das Problem wurde nicht gelöst, auch weitere Mitarbeiter vom Verkauf konnten die Funktionalität „Suchen“ nicht ad hoc herstellen.
Vom Service Partner der Telekom, auch im Allee Center Leipzig ansässig, hatte ich das Problem vom iPhone 17 PRO zur Lösungsfindung vorgetragen und wurde sehr arrogant behandelt, als Kunde, der über 25 Jahren der Telekom die Treue gehalten hat.
Deshalb habe ich mich am 26.02.2026 an den Apple Support gewandt.
Im Zeitfenster zwischen 8:00 und 18:00 Uhr konnte ich mit 9 Mitarbeiterinnen/Mitarbeiter sprechen und war nicht mit allen Service-Mitarbeitern zufrieden.
Nach einer weiteren telefonischen Warteschleife wurde mir ein MA zugewiesen, der sehr unfreundlich auftrat und mir einreden wollte, dass an meinem iPhone 17 Pro alles in Ordnung sei und er nicht weiter helfen kann.
Das Gespräch wurde gegen 9:00 Uhr beendet und sollte für Schulungszwecke als Verbesserungspotential verwendet werden.
Nach weiteren Versuchen beim Apple Support anzurufen gelang ich schlussendlich im letzten Beratungsgespräch, gegen 17 Uhr, was über 1 Stunde ging, an Ihre Teamleiterin vom Apple Support, die sehr freundlich und in absoluter Kompetenz und sehr gutem Fachwissen final zur Lösungsfindung kam.
Ich, wir waren natürlich überglücklich gewesen, als die Suchfunktion auf meinem iPhone funktionierte!
Da ich den Aufzeichnungen aller Gespräche zugestimmt habe, sollte vom Apple Support das letzte Gespräch (ca. ab 17 Uhr) zur Auswertung und für Schulungszwecke genutzt werden.
Darüber hinaus ist zu prüfen, den Extrakt als Anleitung zu veröffentlichen, so dass betroffene Nutzer davon profitieren könnten.

Dem gesamten Team und besonders Ihrer engagierten Kollegin der Teamleitung vom Apple Support möchte ich nochmals ein ganz großes Dankeschön aussprechen.

Es hat gut 10 Stunden gedauert, aber am Ende blieb das Thema nicht ergebnisoffen und es wurde eine Lösung zur vollsten Zufriedenheit gefunden.

Work laptop needed fixing

Work laptop need fixing, clearly critical for me. I get an appointment at Apple Reading only the next day. They won't replace it (AppleCare+) but insist on fixing - has to be sent to Czech republic. It'll take 7 days. The day BEFORE the 7 days are up I get a message - Your device reached the Apple repair center on {today} February 2026.

It took a whole week just to get to the repair center. Pathetic. And they got me to join their Business Service. It's beyond poor. Google here we come!!

I was charged for Apple One…

I was charged for Apple One subscription despite never agreeing to sign up and never using any of those apps. Supposedly this happened automatically when I bought a new phone, without my knowledge. I noticed a charge on my bank account, so I immediately disputed it with Apple - it was denied by the automated service. I called Apple Support and was informed that because it had already been denied by the automated system that there was nothing they could do. I explained that I never agreed to this subscription, the support staff screen shared my phone to show me the evidence of me saying yes to this subscription and it was not there! All they could say was "well, I don't know what happened to it but it should be there". And refused to help any further. Absolutely appalling service, makes zero sense and made no attempt to speak rationally with me when their argument didn't match the receipts. No refund. What a con.

Leider muss man überhaupt einen Stern vergeben


Meine heutige Erfahrung mit dem Customer Service von Apple war äußerst enttäuschend.

Ich habe heute zwei Telefonate geführt – und bei beiden Gesprächen wurde mir mehrfach ins Wort gefallen. Es wurde wiederholt versucht, über meine Ausführungen hinweg weiterzusprechen, anstatt mir zuzuhören. Ein respektvoller Dialog war so kaum möglich.

Obwohl sich mein Anliegen eindeutig innerhalb der Garantiebedingungen befindet, wurde mir mehrfach vermittelt, dass für mich ausschließlich eine Reparatur infrage komme. Zusätzlich wurde angedeutet, ich hätte ja eine weitere Versicherung abschließen müssen. Diese Art der Belehrung empfand ich als unangemessen und wenig kundenorientiert.

Besonders problematisch war das erste Gespräch: Der Mitarbeiter hatte erhebliche Schwierigkeiten mit der deutschen Sprache. Die Verständigung war äußerst schwierig, teilweise kaum möglich. Ob er mich richtig verstanden hat, kann ich nicht beurteilen – ich konnte ihn jedoch nur schwer verstehen. Auch hier wurde mir mehrfach ins Wort gefallen.

Insgesamt wirkte der Service arrogant, wenig lösungsorientiert und nicht respektvoll im Umgang mit dem Kunden.

Den einen Stern vergebe ich nur, weil dies technisch erforderlich ist, um eine Bewertung abzugeben. Tatsächlich läge meine Bewertung im Minusbereich. Vielleicht sollte Trustpilot darüber nachdenken, künftig auch Minusbewertungen zu ermöglichen.

Loze beloftes

Ik heb geen kritiek.
Ik wil alleen aangeven dat er vaak dingen beloofd worden wat Apple gewoon niet waar maakt.
Bv. Ik heb pas een nieuweWatch serie 11 gekocht omdat deze de saturatie kan meten.
Vergeet het maar.
Na vele pogingen lukt het nog steeds niet.
Ook bloeddrukmetingen kun je hiermee ook nog steeds niet.
Hiermee kan de klantendienst ook niets mee.
Ik heb zelf veel producten van Apple, maar denk er wel over om over te stappen naar een beter merk die hier wel mee om kan gaan.

I have had a lot of problems throughout…

I have had a lot of problems throughout the years with apple, both for apps, systems and as a developer having apps on the app store and i haven’t been helped once. The support is the worst I’ve ever seen, it’s hard to find and when you find it you have to wait extremely long for an answer that’s always negative. There’s no direct way to talk to support, call or have a chat which is extremely unprofessional. The products and prices are overpriced as well.
