Thank you so much for all your help with our recent order, particularly when we experienced issues placing the order and you called us to sort it out. The tables are brilliant, they arrived ahead of the anticipated delivery date which is fantastic as our students are using them before the end of the summer term. They love the fact that they can write on the tables, we have had revision notes, coding and maths formulas in a variety of colours. Thank you!

Good customer service
We ordered 2 bins from this company and had good communication throughout the process. Unfortunately one of the bins arrived damaged. It was very straightforward to report this (sending an email and photos of the damage). A replacement bin was despatched straightaway.

Was exactly as described on the website- well packed and arrived within the time quoted. Check junk folder for emails about when the package is being shipped as I nearly missed seeing the email. This is the second noticeboard that we have ordered within the last few weeks as we were impressed with the quality of the first.

I have purchased a range of items from Officeneedsdirect, including chairs and tables and not once had any issues. I often purchase furniture for schools and offices and can confirm they have all lasted the test of time. The prices are fair and are oftentimes cheaper than competitors.
I can also add that coming from a place of business, it is very apparent that customer service is of great importance to many of us. Thus far they have been very dependable, with any queries, and delivery updates being dealt with quickly and swiftly.
I would 100% recommend using Officeneedsdirect and will be purchasing from them again.
