Or group were travelling to Naples at end of March, and when it was clear that the trip was going to be cancelled,Ed got onto each of us to advise that the full cost would be reimbursed. He kept in contact to tell us the process and we have been repaid in full. Brilliant service - thank you.

We booked a 2 week trip to Abama in April which obviously did not proceed. Edward Terre actually initiated contact to find out our intentions and we asked for a refund given all the uncertainties at present. This was accepted and the refund duly processed being honoured in a thoroughly professional manner.
We have used Supertravel a lot and can’t wait to use them again in normal times.

Just back from a great golfing holiday in Tenerife staying at the fabulous Hotel Las Madrigueras. Lee organised our holiday at fairly short notice and all went to plan with excellent arrangements for our golf on what proved to be a challenging course.
The hotel is one of the best I have stayed in. Staff very friendly, food excellent, rooms very comfortable and lovely pool and garden surrounds.

Golf in Tenerife was excellent, windy but wonderful sun (totally unlike UK that week!). Four great courses, del Sur, Amarilla, Costa Adeje, las Americas.
Grand Muthu Golf Plaza Hotel disappointing but that was my fault in pushing the budget down.

Super travel arranged our holiday in Fuerventura and even recommended the Elba Palace Hotel to us. Very helpful in booking flights., and tee times for golf. Would definitely use this company again

WE have used several 'golf holiday travel companies' over the last few years but Supertravel is head and shoulders above the rest. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone and we will definitely use them for our next golf trip.
I was a bit worried when I received a phone call from Guy the day before we were due to leave thinking 'Oh no what's wrong' but it was just to check that we had everything we wanted and to wish us a good holiday.

Booked golf holiday for 4 in Mauritius. Had friends wanting to join us and they were added smoothly. Mark dealt with all questions and requests smoothly and efficiently, including 1 couple having to cancel for medical reasons. The holiday went to plan and was fantastic. Second time we have travelled to Mauritius using Supertravel and would certainly use them again.

Would have put ten stars but it only goes up to five! Have used Supertravel several times and have never been disappointed. Mark, in particular, has been courteous, helpful and has spent hours sourcing good deals for us, this last time in Turkey. From the moment our Golf trip started on arrival to Stansted Airport the excellence of the organisation was apparent. With everything running smoothly. We were met by top of the class cars on every occasion always exactly on time for each round of golf both picking up and collecting with the drivers both professional an friendly. Would recommend Supertravel for everyone’s golf needs.

Everything went according to plan for our group of 12, including transfers, golf tee times and buggy/electric trolley hire, and the Hotel facilities, food and service were once again first class. Yet another golf holiday excellently organised by Lee and Ed at Supertravel .

We booked a 10 day break through Supertravel at Las Madrigueras in Tenerife for 1 golfer and one non golfer. The hotel came highly recommended by Supertravel and I have to say we had no complaints with the accommodation or golf arrangements which were superb.
The issues we did have were with the booking arrangements. I rang having received our confirmation to check that my golf bag had been booked on the flight and was assured that it had.
On completing the necessary admin for the flights on line I again noticed that no provision had been made for the golf bag so I called Supertravel who advised that it had not been added but they would amend the booking to ensure that it was included. This was done and confirmed by e-mail.
During the booking process I had been advised that my wife as a non golfer would receive a couple of complimentary Spa treatments however at the hotel this turned out to be only a taster 25 minute massage, other treatments had to be paid for.
On our departure date and on checking our return transfer to the airport we discovered that the return date had been incorrectly booked for the 23rd September and not our return date of the 26th. I had to spend some time speaking with the agents in order to rearrange this which was something we could have done without and slightly spoiled our last day. The transfer was late and after calling the agents again what appeared to be a hastily arranged taxi eventually arrived resulting in a dash through check in and security to ensure we caught our flight.
On raising both issues with Supertravel when we returned I was advised that the Company had been contacted by the transfer agent to confirm the return journey and that they would contact the hotel and get back to me in respect of the Spa treatments we did not receive. Sadly as yet we have not heard from them.
