Superside is an awesome partner all the way around! They are transparent with their timelines, extremely open and receptive to feedback, and their creative outputs are top-notch - whether it's foundational brand work or ad hoc presentations. On top of that, they are a wonderful and pleasant group of people to work with.

We would recommend Superside in a heartbeat. There were two reservations that we had hiring a design service: 1. They would gauge us on hours and we wouldn't get as much done as we needed. 2. Their team wouldn't understand or represent our brand properly, and the quality of work would be disappointing.
Neither of those were the case with Superside and we could not be happier with the entire team and the work that they produced. Our primary project manager Paloma was super thorough and responsive, and Guy and the creative team quickly developed a deep understanding of our brand. We are sticklers for how our content is supported by design but Superside made it so easy for us, producing really high quality work that we love. They also did a great job of giving us options and variations while respecting our brand guidelines. Love Superside!

Working with Superside as an extension of our Design Team has been tremendously helpful. After a dedicated onboarding to introduce the team to our company's brand, they were able to leverage our shared creative assets and begin executing in no time. We were quite impressed with the team's understanding and familiarity with our branding when we received the first few projects– they really hit the nail on the head!

In addition to their design savvy, working within the Superside platform and working with the Project Managers has been a breeze. The PMs are diligent when reviewing and outlining project scopes, quick and clear with responses, and overall our weekly calls are fun and productive.
